The main living area located on the second floor of the home is an open concept space featuring a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, multi-colored cabinets and farmhouse sink, along with a spacious dining area and comfortable living room connected by stunning wood floors and rustic décor. This layout craves large gatherings, as does the three floors of bedroom space. On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with multiple sleeping options, one full bath, plus a laundry room and wet bar making beach and pool days a breeze. You’ll find three more bedrooms on the second and third floors, which feature private balconies and four additional full baths. This beachside haven can sleep up to 19 guests, and it’s ready for you to make some lasting memories.

While the home is a dream, take your golf cart to the sugar white sands for a day of beach fun, head down the street to Pompano Joe’s for some delicious seafood, or book a round of golf at one of the area’s award winning courses.     Stayed 12/23/23 - 12/30/23. My extended family decided to gather for Christmas 2023 in Miramar Beach and we had a wonderful experience. The house was clean. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. And, all of the amenities were as listed. We found the golf cart was a nice benefit for quick trips to the beach and local stores. We had to contact management twice regarding some minor issues and they were very responsive to our needs.
    The location of this home is perfect. This was our first visit to the Emerald Coast and we did not know ahead of time that there are many private community beaches throughout the area. By our luck, we discovered this home is located in an area with no high-rises and it's less than 2 blocks from a roughly 400-yard stretch of beach that allows public access.
    We will definitely consider coming back to this area, this rental company and this home should we return to the Florida Panhandle again.
    Restaurants: Pompano Joe's is very good and a 5 minute walk from the unit. We also highly recommend Pascalli Kitchen - this family run take-out has great breakfast biscuits (biscuits & gravy was awesome), warm cinnamon rolls, sandwiches, pizza and more... you can't go wrong here. Dinner at Shunk Gulley over in Santa Rosa Beach was excellent too - their Fall Grouper featured entree was fantastic!

    We loved this house. Clean, roomy, steps to the beach and a fun golf cart to drive to the restaurants. We really appreciated the boxes of amenities My Vacation Haven provided in each bathroom, kitchen and laundry areas. There was plenty of room for our four families, and the kids loved all the bunk beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. Would definitely stay here again.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this place . The property location was great and just a min walk to the ocean . We also like riding the golf card n kids enjoyed the pool . The host was very quick responder and provided us with whatever we asked for . I give this place 5 starts review .

    We took our immediate family here & it was the best ever!! There was a room for everyone & extra bunk beds for the kids to play on & have free rein. My Mimi was comfortable & had her own balcony to relax on. There is a private pool area & shower to get all the sand off after visiting the beach. The golf cart made everything accessible & easy for our family. We will definitely be back!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We had a group of 17, everyone had plenty of space. The location was perfect, a super quick walk to the beach. The golf cart was nice but it was so close to the beach we just walked most days. The pool is small but it was absolutely perfect for cooling off in the shade after a long day at the beach, it was one of my favorite parts of the trip. However...be advised in order to get to the pool you have to walk through a bedroom. Not a huge deal or deal breaker or anything just thought it was worth mentioning. We did finally find a side gate so you could enter from the side but the path isn’t paved so just make sure you have shoes on. The house was super clean and well stocked! Plenty of balconies and an outdoor seating area for eating. Honestly just a great rental. Highly recommend!
