The Beachy House features a beautiful minimalist master bedroom on the first floor, with a plush king bed, television, and its own recently remodeled en suite bathroom. Up the stairs to the second floor, you'll find a guest room adorned with a comfortable queen bed, coastal art, and a workspace ideal for updating your 'out of office' message. A third guest room outfitted with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds ensures ample sleeping arrangements for everyone and delights younger travelers who love having their own space. The master closet features a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. Another full bath on the second floor is shared by the guest bathrooms and features a walk-in shower and double vanity. And for the utmost in relaxation, every bedroom has its own TV.

    This house was perfect for our family of 6 (ages 15-53). The location is great…quick and easy access to the beach and Baytowne Wharf via the golf cart. Spend the extra money for the pool and golf cart, you won’t regret it. We spent every evening on the comfortable back porch and enjoyed movie nights in the pool. The AC in the house works great and having an extra refrigerator in the garage was very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and it was fun to ride around in the golf cart to explore the Sandestin grounds. Book this house!

    Great house for 2 families. Obviously a new rental. Very clean and feels brand new. We already booked for August!

    What a great stay! Wonderful location so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and Baytowne, so easy with the included golf car! The house is so spacious, clean and comfy beds and linens. The bunk beds and huge yard were a big hit with our grandkids. Can't wait to stay again at Beachy House with warmer weather and enjoy the beautiful private pool!
