You will be transported to another world as soon as you step inside this stunning home. From the custom woodwork, high ceilings, added barn door detailing, and more, you will instantly be relaxed. This is the place for your next family vacation. The floorplan of this home lends itself to togetherness with the open concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. All of which open out to the oversized back deck overlooking Horseshoe Lake. The high ceilings in the living room provide a sense of grandeur. This homes comes stocked with Brand NEW mattresses for the beds for an extra comfortable stay!

The unit comes with a 6 seat golf cart to cruise to the beach in style if the short 10 minute walk is too much. The golf cart also provides a fun way to get around the 2400 acre Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. You can easily get to the shops, restaurants, movie theater, live music entertainment, marina, golf courses, tennis courts and more in style.

When it is time to retire for the evening from a fun-filled day of activities, this unit provides two ground floor guest bedrooms with queen beds, and full bathrooms. On the second floor, you will find the newly built fourth bedroom with sliding barn door access and two twin beds, and a new bonus room with a twin bed. The master bedroom and bathroom are spa like with the new shower and private balcony. Sleep peacefully in the large king bed and wake up ready for the next day of sun and fun ahead.

    Enjoyed the property; liked it being on the lake. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Found the extra single room to be inconvenient as you had to pass through the bathroom to get out of the single room. Toilet did get clogged; management resolved within few hours. Golf cart quit; but started up after setting awhile. Parking for cars and golf carts is an issue if all units are full.

    The property description was very accurate and we enjoyed the location and the property with all its amenities very much. The property was very clean and well-maintained. We did contact the property manager a couple of times with small questions and They responded very quickly and were very helpful. We would highly recommend this property if you need to be in this part of Florida. The area is full of wonderful shops and restaurants. The beach was close by and absolutely gorgeous.

    Loved the property’s beautiful decor and furnishings. The location was perfect and weather was warmer than expected for late February/early March. Enjoyed my morning coffee and afternoon cocktails outside on the deck. The 6 passenger golf cart made trips to the beach so convenient.

    Our family recently spent a week at 5207 Beachwalk Villa. This is a fantastic property, very updated and is conveniently located. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed and much more. We loved the 6 seater golf cart and rarely touched our car while there. Not sure if we could have asked for anything better for our vacation. We'll definitely keep this property in mind for our next trip to Sandestin! Thanks for a great vacation.

    We rented Beachwalk Vill 5207 to have our own space on a dual family getaway and it was a great amount of space for 2 families! We look forward to reserving this same condo in the future. Very clean, close to beach, golf cart definitely made it easier to zip to the beach or to the shops nearby.

    We stayed here for a mom’s weekend getaway. Upon arrival, everything was as expected and very clean. The decor and setup was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. Golf cart amenity was an awesome plus as well.
