Very easy to work with and responsive. We had a hiccup with our original unit and they quickly found us another unit in the same community that worked even better. Maybe took them 30 min.

Rental was satisfactory in being clean on the inside. The outside of the rental had personal belongings and trash from previous renters that was left.

Great vacation

Just returned home from a great vacation. The accommodation was comfortable and location was fantastic. Beach closet was well stocked and that along with the golf cart made our vacation even better. A couple minor issues I think the turnover before our arrival needed a little more attention to detail it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. And the outlets need inspecting. Some do need replacing. There was a problem with the sprinkler system during our stay. We notified maintenance immediately which happened to be midnight but they took care of it. Overall we were happy and would return.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Really nice golf cart to help get around on the resort. There is condensation in the screen on the golf cart which may need to be fixed. Parking can be an issue. Overall this property worked well for us and we would stay here again.

This is a very nice resort, many amenities, condo was very clean! The golf cart added fun and convenience. The pools and beach were very clean too! I go many different places. So I can enjoy a new experience each time. This is the first place I found that I would definitely want to return again! The beach was a bit more crowded than I expected. That would be my only negative.

Clean place. The stairs squeak a bit while going up and down. The golf cart was definitely useful going to the beach and to the bayside for shopping and groceries. There are a few loose pieces of flooring in the kitchen that slide a little out of place, but no big deal.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. With 4 boys it is sometimes hard to accommodate all of them. This unit was everything it promised. The location was perfect, golf cart wonderful and having all the beach supplies you could need already there even better! Definitely would rent again!

Loved this condo and look forward to renting again! We loved the layout and the decor- very clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything we needed for the week. There was so much space- the upstairs bonus room was a hit with the kids and this mama loved the huge walk-in closet in the master that was more than large enough for all four of our bags for the week! Perfect location and walkable distance to the pool which was a hit with the kids. Our most favorite part was the golf cart. Getting to the beach was probably just as fun as the beach itself and we loved taking it for rides in the evening, visiting the Sandestin Warf area. I highly recommend this condo for the perfect beach getaway!

This condo was very clean and comfortable and convenient to the beach and bay. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that was frustrating was that the cable and WiFi were out for almost our entire stay (the cable never worked in the bedrooms) and nothing was done to compensate us for that.

Excellent accommodations and location! The house is well equipped and very comfortable. I few minor suggestions - the rug in the living room needs to be replaced and the kitchen needs to be sorted through. There is a lot of duplication with pans and bowls etc. The pantry was locked so there was not an open cupboard or shelf for food - there shuold be at least 3 drawers and a shelf or two.

Our experience was good. It was a clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped vacation rental. The location is good. The management company was easy to work with and very responsive. The included golf cart is a real bonus! I would recommend that the owner refoam the sofa cushions or invest in a new sofa.
