Enter this beachside paradise through your private front courtyard and let the memory making begin. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker to start your day right. Enjoy that coffee from the courtyard or soak in the Florida weather from your back patio. Featuring a gas BBQ grill and picturesque lake views, you’ll never want to leave this vacation haven! Let the kids play in the grass while you cook up a great meal or relax in the living room after a stellar day on the shore.

Head back to the house after a full day of fun and relax in one of the 2 bedrooms, both located on the second floor. The master features a king bed and en suite with walk-in shower. Head across the hall to the guest bedroom featuring queen bed, two bonus twin beds, and en suite with tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms offer plush bedding, flat screen TVs, and beautiful views.     Our stay at Beachwalk Villa 5071 far surpassed our expectations. The property was well maintained. We loved having the golf cart to get around the property including Publix! That made shopping fun! Vacation Haven was very easy to work with. Any issue(there were just a few)was promptly addressed and taken care of. The catch and release fishing was very popular! We especially liked eating at the Beach House and the Village Door. But we loved having the grill and dinner on the patio was always special! We loved everyday of our stay!

    My family and I recently stayed at one of My Vacation Haven's Beachwalk Villas Condos for the third year in a row.
    Dealing with My Vacation Haven has always been very easy and I have never had an issue with any of the properties we have stayed at.
    Unit 5071 is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. Everyone one of the 4 members of my family had plenty of room to get cozy when we needed a rest. The golf cart was well taken care of as well. If I had a single complaint it would be that the cart seems to have some sort of speed control set on it which is slower than I would have liked. Again, not a complaint as it is not my property but it was slower than carts I have had the privilege of using in the past.
    We stay in Sandestin every year at the end of September and thanks to my vacation haven and properties like "here comes the sun" we will definitely be back next year, God willing! Thank you to the owners and My Vacation Haven for another great vacation!

    We enjoyed our stay. The home is as pictured, cool air to 67 degrees kept the townhouse cool. The showers had great water pressure and nice thick towels were provided. Really liked having the grill and patio table to make quick lunches. Location to pool and beach were good. Nice catch and release lake but thick with seaweed, other lakes in resort were much clearer. Nice bonus of golf cart to get around the resort. Kitchen stocked very nicely as well. Decor was absolutely stunning. We loved everything about this unit!!

    Highlights - The interior, design, layout, and decor in this unit are VERY nice. The downstairs flows perfectly for a family of four. Our two kids were able to sit at the kitchen bar or on the couch while we prepared meals, and nothing was out of reach. The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are spacious - the guest bedroom was designed intelligently. The two bunk beds are equipped with reading lights and electrical outlets. The master bedroom is very spacious, and the shower is very nice.

    The unit is a two minute walk to the pool, or a three minutes golf cart ride to the beach. Baytown is around a five minute golf cart ride.

    The only challenge/surprise we had was the lack of some basic items in the kitchen - the was no pepper, basic spices, or a few coffee pods to get us started. This was the first vacation rental in the last three years we’ve experienced this with.

    Conclusion - we would definitely rent this property again.

    We have rented in this area before and loved it therefore we came back again to same resort area. The location is perfect. Riding the golf cart everywhere is such a plus. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. My husband n grandson stepped right outside our door and caught a huge bass!! We will be back for sure!

    This condo has been completed renovated and it was well done! It is gorgeous, comfortable, and has so many nice touches. It was super clean and the golf cart is probably the most comfortable cart we have ever used!

    We stayed here for my birthday and had the absolute best time. The condo is designed beautifully, extremely clean and has beautiful views. We really loved the accessibility that the golf cart gets you. We were able to wake up, drive it to get coffee, head straight to the beach and take it to get dinner later. Effortless and wonderful. Definitely recommend staying here!!
