Condo was great. Beach was beautiful. Had zero instruction on how to get into the gates. Some of the wristbands that are required to get to the beach were missing. Security guards kept threatening to throw my kids off the property for not having wrist bands. Almost ruined the while vacation.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the condo and the beautiful beach, but we’re very sorry to hear about the trouble with gate access and wristbands. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests. We’ll review the check-in instructions to ensure they’re clearer moving forward, and we’ll follow up on the wristband issue.
