I’m so late sending this review, but that doesn’t mean we didn’t have a fabulous vacation!!!! We knew immediately last year that we would come back in 2023. Of course we weren’t disappointed. We absolutely love this unit. As I’ve said before, the owners have not forgotten anything. It’s immaculate inside and decorated to perfection. The location is just a few steps to the pool and hot tub and then a short walk to the beach. They provide beach chairs and umbrella so you don’t have to rent them. And having the golf cart is such a plus. I actually went out shopping in the golf cart by myself while the guys were golfing. So much fun! I can’t wait to get back there in 2024. Thank you to the owners for making this another fabulous vacation. I encourage everyone to make a reservation to stay at BEACHSIDE ONE 4016!!!!

We had the perfect stay at Beachside One 4016! This was our first time to Destin and we were staying here for a wedding. The unit met all of our needs! It is so adorable and clean, and our daughters especially loved the "bunkle" beds. Being just a few steps away from the pool was super convenient and we loved being able to get around on the golf cart. We will be back!

Our family of 18 rents 3 units in Sandestin every year. My husband and I rented this unit last year and had to have it again this year. It had easy access to pool and beach. The condo is well equipped and roomy. The patio is a plus and includes everything you need for a day at the beach. Its clean, updated and decorated beautifully.

Our Beachside One (unit 4016) was amazing! The condo was super clean, ready for us, and steps from the sand. It included beach chairs, towels, private access, and the GOLF CART! At night, we took the kids to the Baytowne Wharf on the cart and they LOVED it. We didn't have to worry about parking, there are tons of places for the carts. WE WILL BE BACK - HOLD OUR ROOM!

Beach life at its finest

Beautiful modern condo located next to the pool and hot tub. The condo is quiet and relaxing. So much better than staying in a hotel. A short walk and you are on the beach. The beach has amazing powdery white sand and gorgeous blue/green waters. This condo is located in a secure area unlike most hotels. This added perk allows you peace of mind lets you relax and enjoy your vacation. Washer and dryer in unit are much appreciated. This unit also comes with free use of a golf cart. You can use it to run to stores, shops and restaurants located close by. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare a special meal "at home". It feels like you are staying at a friends house without them being home. Cable and internet are provided for relaxing or catching up on email. This condo offers so much value for the amenities it provides.

Just returned a week ago from my 3rd vacation to 4016 Beachside One in Sandestin. Every time it’s just better and better. The condo is immaculate and has everything you could want or need in it. Spent 8 wonderful days there and it is just as comfortable as being in your own home. New since my trip there last August is the beautiful brand new patio furniture. Sat on the lounge chairs and enjoyed the warm Florida sun!!!! The owners of this unit have not forgotten anything. You are steps from the pool and hot tub and then on to the beach. The golf cart is such a plus for going to the grocery store, going out to eat, and of course shopping for the ladies. Going back again in September with my family for a 4th time. We love it there and love this condo. I would tell anyone and everyone to look up this property and make your reservations. Thank you to these owners…….it is perfect. My favorite vacation spot!!!!!!!

We had an Awesome Beach Vacation spending a week in Beachside One 4016. It was beautifully decorated & felt so comfortable to stay in. Was perfect for our “Sister and Cousin” Getaway Vacation. The Condo is amazing since only a few steps from the pool & beach. Plus the patio so comfortable with Adirondack Lounge Chairs and Table/Chairs. Great place to sit and enjoy the beautiful Florida atmosphere. The Golf Cart is a plus too! Had Fun on the Golf Cart exploring the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort during our stay.We are already planning our next vacation & will be staying at Beachside One 4016!

Perfect Family Getaway

I cannot say enough about how wonderfully thought out this condo is. With two young kids, the convenience to the pool and Beachwalk was perfect. And the golf cart was great to get around without having to deal with carseats! Not to mention, having enough range to use our baby monitor by the pool and safely be able to run in when our baby woke up was a game changer. These owners really thought through the convenience factor for families like ours. The decor was fresh and clean, but very childsafe too. If you’re questioning the trade off on being ground level for views, the proximity to everything was well worth it for us. This never once felt dark or dingy either; we instantly felt right at home that it was really hard to leave. I hesitate to sing this place’s praises too much simply because I want to be able to come back!

Our family had an awesome time at Beachside One 4016!!! It was a wonderful 9 days. This unit is just steps from the parking lot located on the first floor. You walk right in and the decor and all the artwork is perfection. You have everything you need in this condo, I mean I everything!!! When you go out to the patio you are just a few steps from the pool and hot tub, which is gorgeous. From there it’s a short walk to the beach. The owners of this condo provide beach chairs and beach umbrella so you don’t have to rent them. The guys played 2 of the 4 golf courses on this property, which, by the way are beautiful. A golf cart is also included in the rental. We got to use it to explore all the homes, restaurants and shopping. You can easily see that the owners have taken such pride making sure their renters have a comfortable and relaxing time in their unit. We cannot wait til we can go back and I would encourage anyone heading that way
to ask for Unit 4016 at Beachside One in Sandestin.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were traveling with 2 other families who booked their own condos and ours was an excellent gathering place. The den and kitchen are open and very spacious to accommodate lots of guest. The pool is right off the back deck and it was a nice place to store all of our beach supplies/toys. The golf cart made it easy to make quick trips to Starbucks and Publix. Would love to stay here again!!

Our 1st time to stay in a ground floor condo at the beach. We appreciated being able to access the front door from the outside and not have to use elevator, the pool, beach and gas grills were only steps away! Only one evening did we hear folks after hours at the pool and passing through gates near bedroom windows. The decor was tastefully beachy, light and open. It’s obvious that a lot of thought went in to making sure that guests have all they need from cooking utensils, appliances to beach chairs and sand toys! The staff of My Vacation Haven were excellent and very responsive when we had questions or concerns!
