Just off the Scenic 98 Highway in Destin is unit 302 located in the Ariel Dunes towers. The complex offers the best of all worlds on any trip to Florida: comfort, class, and resort amenities.

Unit 302 is a space boasting a luxurious vibe with marble countertops, high end furnishings, and stainless appliances. Sleeping 6 comfortably, this is the perfect space for a family trip or a snowbird friendly sanctuary to stay warm during the winter months.

As you walk into your vacation rental, you’ll find an open concept living area with full kitchen and dedicated dining space. With added seats at the breakfast bar, on top of a built-in wine fridge, this is the perfect place for entertaining friends and family. From the dining area, you’ll overlook the living space featuring ample seating and flat screen TV. Spend your nights watching movies with loved ones or simply enjoy the luxury of relaxing with friends.

Just off the living area is a private outdoor sanctuary. Head through the floor to ceiling sliders and onto an oversized balcony, equipped with chairs, couches, loungers, and tables. The roof provides shade on the couches while the loungers offer a prime tanning location. The balcony is the perfect spot for late night talks and sunset drinks.

The unit offers 2 bedrooms and a bonus bunk room. The master has a king bed, balcony access, and a beautiful en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a double vanity and oversized walk-in tiled shower with rainfall shower head. The guest bedroom boasts the same comforts with a queen bed and en suite bath offering a tub/shower combo giving all guests the privacy they crave. If you’re bringing the kids or hosting the grandkids, this condo is the perfect option. There is a bonus room with a twin bunk bed.

Downstairs, you have the option of spending the day at the pool or taking a quick walk to the beach. We know the reason you’re coming to Destin is for the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. Grab your beach gear and spend the day watching the waves come crashing in.

    We stayed for 5 days. The condo was super. Huge balcony close to the Gulf. Easy to access parking. Room was spacious, clean and everything worked. Great vacation with excellent accomodations. Would love to stay here again.

    This place was fantastic! It was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and had everything needed. The balcony was perfect for a midday nap safe from the rain and/or sun but also to catch some rays if desired. The walk to the beach was short, and the lake added something extra to the journey. This is one of the first places I’ve stayed where I didn’t come away with even the smallest complaint.

    Wonderful month spent in this beautiful condo. Well decorated and comfortable, and well stocked with everything you need. Will definitely come back to this conveniently located unit. Loved the amazing large deck for morning coffee. Miss it already!

    The unit was well equipped and beautifully decorated. Unit was clean, (slow drain in left side sink in master bath). Beautiful views from the deck.

    For the first time visiting Mira mar we really liked how the home was very organized. Check in and check out was very easy. Everything that was needed was provided. The balcony was beautiful and the pool was nice. I really loved how it was right in front of the beach and how close of a walk it was. Everything was really close. We are very tankful fir the hosts for everything they did for us. We will definitely be staying here again.

    This condo is must rent! Everything is updated, the kitchen is fully stocked when you want to eat in, and the beds are super comfortable. The condo was clean on arrival with ample linens. It is located close to several great restaurants, shopping and coffee.

    Our stay at Ariel Dunes 302 was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could want. Location was great, close to to the beach, restaurants and shops. Make sure to watch the beautiful sunsets from the balcony!
