Located on the first floor, this condominium is filled with the beachy colors of the Florida Panhandle, so you and your guests will never be too far from the beach! The best part? You’re just steps away from the large community pool. In fact, your very own patio, complete with a beachy table and chairs, overlooks the resort pool area. You and your guests will have unlimited access to the warm air and bright rays of the Florida sunshine.

After a full day soaking up some sun, head inside, where you and your guests can sprawl out on the couch or lounge in the chair and watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV in the living room. If some friendly competition is your thing, make sure to bring your favorite games – a small table with two chairs is perfect for hosting head-to-head challenges. If you’re hungry, a fully equipped kitchen is waiting for you to whip up your favorite fare. While you’re cooking, you’ll never miss out on time with your guests – an open floor plan separated by a breakfast bar connects the cooking, dining and living areas.

When it’s time to get some sleep and recharge for the next day of fun in the sun, this condo has two bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests, so there’s plenty of room for you and your loved ones to get some rest and relaxation. The master bedroom features a king bed and flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combo. The room also includes access to the patio. In the mornings, you can grab a cup of coffee and sneak outside without interrupting your sleeping guests. Catch some rays while enjoying the peace and beauty of a sunrise! Your guests will be comfy in the guest room, which boasts a queen bed. For the younger members of your group, a bonus room features fun bunk beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room will accommodate additional guests. This unit also has a second bathroom and laundry room, perfect for you and your guests’ needs.

    If you are looking for the perfect location to enjoy some sun & fun, get this unit booked! We rented for a month to get away from the cold & was very pleased with this condo, it provides what you need & the property management was also very good. As a nice touch some of the owners artwork is displayed in the unit. The resort is charming &all the people we met were so nice! Highly recommend Mezcal Mexican restaurant in the little shopping center up front, great happy hour!

    Ariel Dunes ll was a perfect fit for our family vacation. Walking distance to the beach and conveniently located near shopping and dining options. Really nice having a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas readily available at the condo. The only thing for me was that the master bedroom bed was too firm for my liking. This was great place to stay and I have already been telling my friends and family about it!! Can’t wait to book again for next year!!

    The property location was wonderful. It was very nicely maintained. We loved it’s location very close to the beach. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach. We would recommend this condo to anyone!
