You and your loved ones will enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding community and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony of this vacation home, located on the 5th floor of the Ariel Dunes I Seascape Resort. Settle down on the plush patio furniture and enjoy a cup of coffee as you admire the beauty of a Florida sunrise, or pour a glass of your favorite beverage at the end of the day while taking in the colors of a seaside sunset. This is the perfect place to relax while you enjoy all the fun and sun that the Florida Panhandle has to offer.

The vacation home is adorned with muted neutrals, accented by shades of blue and teal that are inspired by the unparalleled beauty of the Emerald Coast. An open floor concept connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, which lead directly onto the balcony. Spacious seating in the living room invites you to enjoy a movie with your loved ones or catch up on your favorite shows. A dining room table seats four, and if you need seating for additional guests, a breakfast bar connected to the kitchen seats three more. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, is ready to meet all of your culinary needs. Whip up a quick snack or prepare your family’s favorite meal as you gaze out over the Gulf.

When it’s time to rest up for the next day’s adventure, head to one of the two bedrooms and plop down on the comfy beds. The master suite has a king bed and direct access to the balcony, so you can start your days basking in the warmth of the ocean air. An en suite bathroom has an oversized soaking tub, shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and window to the side of the bed –start the day being greeted by the first rays of the sun. A full bathroom is accessible through the guest bedroom or from the hallway. Both bedrooms include a flatscreen TV if you need to wind down before dozing off. The sofa in the living room folds out to a queen sleeper.

The condo itself was great. The property management company was very quick to reply if you had any questions. It was very clean other than the sheets having a couple stains on it. There were plenty of outdoor furniture which was nice. The property had 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach mat along with beach toys. The master shower would leak onto the ground but other than that there were no issues inside the condo. However, I booked this condo because it came with a golf cart, the owner decided a week before we came down to take the golf cart away which is the whole reason I booked this condo. It was a huge inconvenience for us during our trip. Just be aware that what they say comes with the condo may not be guaranteed & can be taken away.

This was our first visit to Miramar Beach and we'll be back! Our condo was lovely, exactly as advertised. Clean, nicely furnished with a great view. The Cabana Cafe with live music 7days/wk right downstairs was a bonus! The golf cart included was much fun and we learned, a real value. Location was excellent! We traveled the Old 98 in our golf cart to the supermarket, waterfront restaurants, and the beach! Restaurants were all great but the Crab Trap, Mezcal & Kenny D's are a must. Beach is beautiful, white sand and emerald water! Go! You'll thank yourself.

We stayed for 6 nights Thanksgiving week. The 5th floor in Ariel Dunes I is easy to access and having the golf cart was a luxury but not a necessity if you are going to the beach. We ate out most dinners but had a full kitchen to prepare any meals we liked. You will need to order the basics if you are cooking like salt/pepper etc. as the kitchen has no left over seasonings etc. The second set of elevators did not work and would have made it nicer when busy but was not a problem. Security is very nice on the premises. We really enjoyed the proximity to the Sandestin shops and golf too (need to drive or UBER, cannot take golf cart there). Customer service through text message was very helpful!

The condo was clean and perfect for my family of
4. The beds were comfortable. My only recommendation is a better description where the charging station is located for the golf cart. We luckily were able to find someone that worked there or who knows when we would have found it.

This was one of our best vacations , from day one of making the reservations to being updated about any and everything. Having the golf cart was sooooo convenient with the grand baby. Anytime I had a problem or question they were super quick with responding. It was nice and clean , the view was amazing , the pools were super clean. We can’t wait to get back!

We had a wonderful stay with you and definitely will vacate with you again. I have also told many friends. Our golf cart got stolen day two so that was a little disappointing but we still had a great time. Also you credited me some of my payment due to the golf cart so it was all good!
