Upstairs, you’ll find a bonus game room complete with a foosball table, a second 55" TV, and access to a covered porch overlooking the property. I was at this beautiful home from 7/28 thru 8/2 my experience with house is great except we had a problem with the dryer on the first floor which we called to be fixed but never done during our time there. Also I would like to give my opinion for the owner if the house can have more deep cleaning like under the beds and lights fixtures. I will give 7/10 just bc it needs cleaning for the 2 things I said in text.

The house was in a fabulous, cute neighborhood within walking distance to beach. Loved access or use of golf cart, beach wagon and supplies. House had everything we could need for our large family. We would stay again. House was well decorated and spaces were comfortable. Suggest the owners leaving soap,
so you can wash towels often or bring your own beach towels.
Most people come from out of town and towels are hard to pack. That would have been helpful to know. As well as can’t imaging clothes soap would be too costly to leave since we are paying a decent price to stay.

We just returned from an incredible stay at this beach rental, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—actually, even better!The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. You could tell great care had been taken to prepare the space for guests. Every room was fresh, tidy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Extremely nice to have two washers and dryers! Communication with the rental company was top-notch—friendly, prompt, and professional throughout the entire process. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly, and they made the whole experience seamless from booking to check-out.The location was perfect, the amenities were just as listed (and then some), and we genuinely felt like we were in a home away from home. The golf cart was so nice to have to take loads to the beach. We did bring a tent to put up on the beach, however one thing to note the beach access we used did not allow tents. We still didn't mind as we utilized the umbrella/chair rental service. We can’t wait to come back!Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to enjoy the beach!

Everything was as described. Golf cart made it much easier to get the group to the beach. Bring your own beach towels. Very nice place and would recommend this property for a group or family. Had plenty of room to spread out.

We have been to Destin many times. This is by far the best house yet. Very updated, great amenities and awesome beach closet with so many items! Great location! There was a light bulb out in the master bathroom (which was no big deal to us), but they came to fix it right away! Everything was clean, except the floors were dirty when you walked around the house. We wore socks and the bottoms of them were dirty. Everything else was amazing!! Highly recommend Aquaholic and My Vacation Haven!

The neighborhood was super cute and only one block back from the beach. It was a perfect location, easy walk to the private access gate to the beach. There’s an Alvin’s beach store right there too. Lots of cute restaurants to walk to. The house was very cute. Decorated nice and updated. Cute kids room and game area. Well stocked. Loved the clean and easy bedding, the pictures showed older comforters but the bedding we had was way nicer!!! The only negative comment I have is the floor was dirty. Not to the eye everything looked clean but when you walked around your feet or socks would be super dirty. Floor just needs a really good mopping. But we just wore socks & knew with us coming and going to the beach it was going to get dirty quick anyway. Everything else was clean and keeled up well

Thank you for having us for our beach week! This location was great! Home decor was nice, and furnishings were very comfortable. Mattresses and pillows provided a good night’s sleep. Just a short walk to the beach or ride down old 98 a few blocks on the convenient golf cart to unload small children and beach necessities. The home was well equipped with kitchen essentials (except a cheese grater)! Even had an outdoor grill which we used. Wine fridges were great for beverages and extra grocery items. The welcome box containing soap, shampoo, lotion, starter kitchen dishwasher tabs and dishwashing liquid were nice! Washer and dryer on both floors were handy! Might suggest adding a cheese grater and small 8 oz glassware in the kitchen. We experienced one minor hiccup which was quickly addressed. Our group enjoyed staying at Aquaholic and would stay here again!

Property was as advertised, and maybe even better. Clean place with plenty of room for everyone. The property managers were quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. The only minor complaint by the ladies was low shower pressure (I thought it was fine). The golf cart was a great amenity since a family member has a bad knee. A suggestion I have is that door mats be provided to keep the sand out of the house and to keep the floors cleaner in general. I gave it four stars for location only because it's not right on the beach, but it is an easy walk to get there. We would definitely rent this place again and would recommend it to others.

The home was very well decorated. The location simply cannot be beaten and having private access to the beach made it walkable with the beach cart. The golf cart was a really nice amenity to have, our kids loved riding it around. The only negative things I would have to say were around supplies and cleanliness. The house still had sand/algae in it when we got there. Now it didnt really matter because as soon as we went to the beach we were bringing more sand and algae in, but I expected it to be cleaner than it was. I know they referenced that they only give you a starter supply kit, but being a 4 bed/3 bath home I expected more than 2 dishwasher pods and 1 laundry detergent package. All in all it was a great place that we would stay again but we ended up having to make multiple trips to the store so we could have clean dishes to eat each meal. I would tell the management company $5 extra dollars towards detergents would've made this a 5 star review.
