Located just on 30A in Seacrest, this charming, private community offers beautiful Key West-style beach cottages. Each home features metal roofs and covered porches, with access to a spacious 7,500 sq. ft. community pool and hot tub.

    We have stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it! A short walk from the beach it is also within walking distance of all the amazing amenities at Alys Beach. There are plenty of bedrooms and a fabulous porch where we spent a lot of evenings. If you have a larger family or want to bring friends, it's absolutely perfect! Everything was clean and tidy and in excellent working order. We will continue to come back here!

    We absolutely loved our stay at 30A Lemon Shello! The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for our whole group. The layout worked great—lots of room to spread out, and the master bedroom felt like a peaceful retreat with its own deck and amazing bathroom.The location couldn’t have been better. It was such a short walk to the private beach, and having beach chairs and an umbrella already there for us was a huge plus. We also really enjoyed hanging out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings—great view and so peaceful. The kids were obsessed with the arcade game, and we all appreciated how comfy and well-stocked everything was.The neighborhood was super quiet and family-friendly, and the community pool and hot tub were never too crowded. We also loved how close it was to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach—quick bike rides for food and exploring.We’ve rented a lot of places along 30A, and this one definitely stands out. Can’t wait to come back!

    We had the best time on our vacation! This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 8 and we were able to bring our fur baby. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We will be staying g here again.

    House had all we needed and most importantly it was clean. Linens were great quality and kitchen well equipped. Home was a short walk to the ocean.

    House was very clean with all the kitchen items that we needed and linens and towels high quality. Easy access to beach with a couple beach chairs and umbrella provided that we used. Pool in center of community very little kid friendly.

    We just returned from the most incredible vacation at this stunning beach rental home, and we can't wait to go back!
