Founded in 2007, My Vacation Haven was created by two concerned owners that felt their property was not being cared for properly by other management agencies. They took matters into their own hands and developed a business platform that has fostered success from the very first day their doors were open. At My Vacation haven, we are truly owners working for owners.
The plan is simple:
Care for each property like it is our own.
Care for each guest like they are family.
Since then, a few technological advancements have come our way. While we are no longer writing letters to our guests as a primary form of advertisement, we have found a great compromise where we combine the staples of service our guests have come to expect with a convenience level that is unsurpassed.
My Vacation Haven takes pride in always being available to serve both guests and owners. Our website is integrated for a responsive guest experience. We maintain a local, well-trained staff to serve all needs and provide an emergency hotline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
