Situated on the 19th floor above the beautiful white sand and emerald waters is this gem waiting to be yours for a vacation. Luxury furniture and beachy hues welcome you as you enter this condo and bring you inside to its comfortable living room. The living room has been updated with new furniture and a flat screen television for entertainment purposes. The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances suited for you to cook up a meal whenever necessary. The open flowing living room and kitchen concept also features a dining table with four chairs for comfortable meals. There is a second table with chairs out on the porch, so you don’t have to go to a restaurant to enjoy a dinner with a beach sunset. Once in the bedroom, the same style of beachy hues and furniture welcome you in as well, and the room also contains a flat screen television for your viewing entertainment. The large comfortable king bed where you can view the beautiful Gulf view through the sliding doors leading out to the balcony. The bathroom has granite countertops continues the luxury with a large granite counter with double sinks and an updated walk in shower with a modern glass panel. When your're ready to get out of the condo and explore, ride in the 4 seat GOLF CART that comes with this condo and experience true resort style living.

    We stay in this unit regularly and always enjoy our trip! The view of the beach is perfect, the unit always clean. Never had an issue. Would definitely recommend. The icing on the cake is the golf cart! We take it every night to dinner and never use our vehicle. So much fun!

    We really-really like the location and the rental property. Property description was accurate, well maintained, and good customer service.
    Great location to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Liked the table and chairs on the balcony nice touch.
    The beach and water were perfect. Great rays for our tans.
    Found a great local sports bar and oyster joint nearby.
    We hope to be back next year.

    The rental was just what we needed for 2 people. Could definitely use night stands on both sides of the bed but we just moved a kitchen chair into the bedroom to fix that minor issue. The condo was clean. The kitchen was just fine as we ate out every meal. I did organize the kitchen bc the cleaning staff had just put stuff randomly in places but just took a minute and it had everything you would need to prepare a meal if you wanted. Left bathroom cabinet door needed screws put in properly but we did not need that space so we just called and notified the rental company and they offered to send someone out immediately but we told them it was fine for us and just to fix it after we left. The golf cart was so nice! We really enjoyed it. Overall we enjoyed the condo and the gorgeous view and we couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

    I was impressed with the codes given and the location of the golf cart and all. There wasn’t enough towels for more than one shower, only one dish towel and not any potholders to get things out of the oven. Didn’t even have a dust pan to get pick up what we would sweep. There wasn’t many pans or cookware but we got by. Had to go and buy a few things to make it through the week. The Westwinds was nice. So convenient to walk to the beach and pool easily. There was at least one elevator everyday that wouldn’t work but it was fine as there was a total of four. The people cleaning the rooms weren’t the friendliest and didn’t want to give any paper goods so again we bought more toilet paper and paper towels ourselves.

    We had the best time. Had a “bump in the road” but was immediately taken care of by the staff! Great customer service! The unit was clean and the views were incredible! We definitely will rent this unit again!

    The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The views were awesome. It would be nice to have nightstands in the bedroom and I’m not sure if the ice maker was working or if we just couldn’t figure it out. Would stay here again.

    Daughter's senior year: with Covid they were denied their junior class trip. Parents arranged a trip to Destin for seniors.

    The rental unit that we stayed in was awesome and nicely decorated. Along with the location to the ocean made for some extremely great memories.

    The staff of My Vacation Haven always went above and beyond to assist with any issues that came up. Which in our case was very minor, but important enough to the staff to remedy by personally bringing new beach chairs to our unit and removing the old.

    The unit was exactly as described. This was our first time staying in the Sanderson community, and I think we’ve found our new go-to location for vacations. Excellent communication from the management company though the app, and the golf cart was a HUGE bonus. There are plenty of shopping and restaurant options within golf cart range.

    The condo was clean and matched the pictures online. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach as well as the bay - we were able to watch the fireworks at Baytowne Wharf from the balcony.

    The privacy at the beach was wonderful, and all ofthe staff we encountered were friendly.

    The golf cart was a great perk - and made it easy to zip around the resort to go fishing, grab dinner and visit other family members that were staying on the property.

    It was great! I cannot think of anything except chairs at the pool that could have added to our trip! I do understand why they were not there, just missed laying out at the pool after 4 hours at the beach!

    We had such a nice time and would definitely rent this unit again.. It is wonderful having the gulf cart to get around and wish all units had these. We have stayed all over the resort and really live Westwinds. The only thing I would suggest is having a few more things in the kitchen available in the unit and night stands next to master bed. The stool next to the one side is too low and really need a bed height stand next to each side of the bed. Very difficult for many reasons. My husband and I were going back and forth about whether we had stayed at this unit before and then at bedtime realized yes ...no where to place anything that we need at night. Very clean and great time though. Thank you!

    My wife and I had a great time at Westwinds 4838. The views of the beach and sunrises were beautiful. Being able to go everywhere in the resort on the golf cart was a plus. We will be back soon.

    This was our 5th time visiting Sandestin from Southern California. Truly our favorite vacation destination. We were also returning Vacation Haven renters. They are wonderful to work with. The unit itself was immaculate. No complaints whatsoever...most comfortable king bed we ever slept on (even from any 5 star resort we've ever stayed at). Beautiful view from 19th floor, we thought we would have to wait for elevators to go up/return that far, but we truly never had more than a 20 second wait. Kitchen well stock, exce4llent refrigerator, huge bathroom, beautiful and clean shower, tons of closet space, fast internet, awesome communication from Vacation Haven. We took a red eye from LA and they were gracious enough to let us check in early. There were problems with the golf cart, that was the only bummer because we did rent this unit primarily since it had a golf cart and we like to drive that down to Baytowne Wharf or breakfast. But Vacation Haven responded very quickly and when there service technician realized he could not fix the problem, they offered us a discount on our nightly rate. They quickly reimbursed us exactly the amount they said they would. This is a very comfortable unit, adorable beach decor, and so clean. We will rent this unit again next summer without a doubt. Wish we were still waking up to the Sandestin air!!!

    The rental experience was transparent and seamless. Everything that was communicated to us was done exactly as described. As a matter of fact.....we added another night very late in the process and there were no issues at all.

    We really enjoyed our stay in Westwinds 4838. The golf cart was a huge plus, and the room was nice. If you're staying a while, we would recommend bringing your own towels, laundry detergent, and dish soap. There were small starter kits, but not enough to sustain a lengthy stay. The room had a keypad entry, which was very nice. We would love to come back!

    This was the first time our family traveled to Destin and rented through My Vacation Haven. We were very pleased with our stay and the condo was just the right size for my husband, son (12), daughter (3) and I. The condo was very clean, well stocked with supplies and right next to the beach and pool. The ocean view was beautiful and we loved having access to the golf cart! I would highly recommend and will be going back.

    Very clean location, with a great view. All the appliances are new and the furniture was comfortable. Golf Cart was a blast, we took a cruise to Publix....great resort experience. Vacation Haven made the booking process easy and check-in was a breeze. Will book again in the future.....
