    The rental was clean, and comfortable. However, I’d like to have more literature of places to see and things to do around property other than the beach. For example. What places the Tram can take you, or can you rent a golf cart to travel up and down the strip?

    My wife and 2 year old rented this condo for a week in September. It was great. Plenty of room and kitchen had the perfect amount of space. We spent everyday down on the beach, which is an easy walk out behind Westwinds.

    The condo was in great shape. Comfortable and was on the side to watch the sunrise. Sunsets were not viewable from this condo. Loved having coffee on the balcony to watch the gulf. Everything you need for a great vacation

    This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath was the perfect choice. The location; directly on the beach with an exceptional 17th floor view of the mesmerizing blue green ocean from not just the main living area but both bedrooms as well was a bonus. The fact that it was within walking distance to Baytown Wharf where there are many restaurants, shopping and entertainment choices was very much appreciated. The heated pool area was lovely and the cleanliness and upkeep exceptional throughout the entire West Winds condominium development. The perfect property!

    This unit on the 17th floor was beautiful and perfectly maintained. All comfortable furniture nut would encourage a bigger bed in 2nd room. Water shut off a couple times but response was very good when we called. Missing the morning sunshine on the deck in February and hope to enjoy it there again.

    First time to stay at Westwinds but will not be my last. Unit 4830 on the 17th floor was perfect for my wife, adult daughter and me. Very comfortable with everything you need. Beach access was simple and pool was nice. Many great places for dinner nearby.

    We had such a wonderful stay at Westwinds. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. One of our favorite parts was watching the dolphins from the balcony every morning. We will definitely look at booking in the future.

    It was a beautiful view, a great place and we had a fun watching dolphins from the balcony. There was only one issue, the water leaked and we were without water when we were leaving. Otherwise, it was a perfect place for a family with teens.

    To my surprise our unit turned out to be very comfortable. It was on the east side to my disappointment but the view was beautiful. We could see the hot tub as well as a view of the pool. We missed the sun by lunch time but the view to the east was very nice. We could see the beach and all the fun everyone was having. The unit had everything we needed and the space was nice size.

    We found Vacation Haven to be an outstanding rental company to work with! From initial inquiries to booking to onsite stay, they were very responsive, informative and personable. Also appreciated the app made available to guests which kept important info at your fingertips. The unit was just as expected..beautiful, exceptional view and well stocked. What stood out even more was how ABSOLUTELY CLEAN it was. Literally not a speck of dust, dirt ANYWHERE, which was especially important in light of covid concerns. We’ve stayed at a lot of condo rentals and although they have all been lovely and clean, I don’t think they have impressed me quite as much as this unit and property. The Westwinds building is an amazing property inside the fantastic resort community of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Perfect views & location. Gorgeous beach! Great access to activities and restaurants! Even wonderful parking, loading area and security! We would definitely return!!!

    Our family had a great time at Westwinds 4830. The condo was lovely and provided a great home base for some down time when we were away from the beach and the pool. The beach was in great condition. We brought our bikes and enjoyed the use of the onsite bike racks. The condo provided plenty of beach toys for our use. Highly recommend.

    Great rental. DO NOT BRING BEACH TOYS! They had so many beach toys, pool floats, a picnic blanket for the sand and great quality beach chairs. They also had storage containers for leftovers, plenty of baking dishes, measuring cups, muffin tin and the freezer has an ice maker. They didn't have a dust pan so I bought one from Walmart and left it there for the next guest. I found it easier to do a quick clean, with the dust pan, when I didn't want to get the vacuum out. We've always stayed at westwinds and are always extremely satisfied.

    Great rental. DO NOT BRING BEACH TOYS! They had so many beach toys, pool floats, a picnic blanket for the sand and great quality beach chairs. They also had storage containers for leftovers, plenty of baking dishes, measuring cups, muffin tin and the freezer has an ice maker. They didn't have a dust pan so I bought one from Walmart and left it there for the next guest. I found it easier to do a quick clean, with the dust pan, when I didn't want to get the vacuum out. We've always stayed at westwinds and are always extremely satisfied.

    This unit has the best equipped kitchen of all the units I stayed in over the last five years. It is very clean and well furnished. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The view is ver good. The only issue that we had was with the cable connection in the living room. The program guide would not load and this cable box had a DVR. COX cable showed up once and did not fix the proble which is in the cable wire somewhere. They were scheduled to come two more times an they never showed up. Othe than this issue this is a very nice unit. Hopefully they will have it fixed before we return in 2021.

    Had an awesome time. Only complaint is the dryer was screeching/screaming - had it checked, but never got repaired while we were there. For me, mom, that just meant I really couldn't do laundry :) Dryer still worked, was just really loud! Other than that - no complaints at all! Kids loved the hot tub and pool area compared to others we have stayed at in the past.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westwinds! The Sandestin resort has everything you can think of from multiple golf courses and great running paths to several restaurants and shopping just a few minutes away. The pool was awesome, the beach and ocean were gorgeous, and the condo was clean. The pictures make the condo look bigger than it is, but it was perfect size for the three of us. We will definitely be back and go through My Vacation Haven.

    Upon entering the condo, you immediately know that it is well-appointed with beautiful, modern furnishings and bright lighting. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the sofa bed is pretty decent. The bathrooms are very pretty and remodeled with modern features and decor as well. The linens and pillows are very nice, and the TVs are all in working order. We enjoyed the kitchen everyday for lunch and used it a couple of times for dinner. There are a few items we wish they would furnish, but there is more than enough to get you started. We didn’t need to buy anything except dishwasher and laundry tabs. Wish they had a large cutting board and a laundry basket. My husband cut up watermelon everyday on a tiny board, and it would have been nice to load dry clothes into a basket for folding later. But those are so minor and nothing to complain about. The location to the beach could not have been better. It was a very easy walk. Literally Just minutes, including the elevator! The pool was extremely lovely. We were there on a crowded week, and it is large enough to accommodate many people. It is only 5 feet at the deepest and only 2-4 feet most of it. Our Children, 12, 7 and 6 loved it. The resort is huge, and there is lots to do. There is a wharf town right in the middle of it, where kids can play, bungee jump, eat snowballs and climb. It also has several shops and restaurants and hosts fireworks, concerts and other fun events. We fished on the bay and several ponds, and didn’t even have to leave the resort. The beach was completely amazing. White sands. Clear water. Warm air. Plenty of space even on a busy week. The waves are perfect for children and fun for everyone. The condo provided beach chairs, umbrella and toys are in great condition. All in all, we would recommend this beautiful condo and the resort. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

    Stayed a week with my family of 4 and the unit was great. Well furnished and decorated with a good sized balcony, a direct beach view and golf course view to the side. I'm a bit critical of views as pictures paint a certain image but this unit is as good/better than advertised. TVs in every room, including the kitchen! Updated appliances, all the necessary items to stay in and cook and I would definitely recommend and return to this unit. Location is perfect with dozens of nice restaurants or quick take out at Chikfila, Hungry Howies etc a few minutes away. About a mile from the outlet mall and close to plenty of great golf courses. Super easy to work with Vacation Haven, they go above and beyond to ensure a smooth arrival and address any questions within minutes. Very pleased with the entire experience.

    We loved the Westwinds condo. I was a little concerned about being on the 17th floor as far as how long it would take the elevator and it was no problem. They picked a good week with less crowded beaches it seems. The condo had basics for the kitchen but seemed to b missing a few things like a pizza pan or baking sheet and a measuring cup. But we managed. Our vacation was wonderful and we will b back!

    This is overall a great unit. The kitchen is large and invites you to cook. The bathrooms are updated. Only issue is the uncomfortable sofa. Love the color scheme and has been a wonderful place to spend time. The resort is beyond amazing.
