    Relaxing Stay!

    This was our second stay in this unit. As usual we enjoyed our stay and left relaxed! We were notified on our way of phone issues, had issue with gate code when we arrived, tried texting. After no reply I finally called and spoke to a young lady that was still having phone issues, but called me back on her personal phone and fixed our code issues. Thank you!We will be back to relax again!Our only critique was that the mattresses were very soft and not good for anyone with any back issues!

    This was a return visit to this condo. As usual we enjoyed and totally relaxed; drawback is it is never too long!My Vacation Haven was a big help, they notified us on the way that they were having phone issues, so please text. Upon arrival our gate code did not work, we texted and called several times and finally got a very helpful young lady that corrected they issue of transposed numbers and calmed me down.We will return again, hopefully sooner than later. Love this complex inside and out.Only critique would be to update the mattresses, they were too soft for anyone with a back issue.

    We absolutely loved the condo and the whole facility. Very clean. I wanted to take the beds home with me they were so comfy. The company we used was super helpful even had to call with questions while on the way down and they were able to help at 8pm, loved that!! We agreed this will be our new yearly vaca spot (:

    Our family of five had a great time at Westwinds/Sandestin. This was our first time visiting the area, and we will definitely be back. Our unit was great - there were a few things I'd love to see if we were to choose this one again like more bath towels, box fans for each bedroom and a better equipped kitchen - there were no hot pads, limited serving utensils, etc. But, the space was adequate. None of us thought the beds were comfortable. However, the resort itself was amazing - the pool/hot tub area and proximity to the beach will be the sole reason we come back. Next time, we will be sure to rent a unit that comes with a golf cart as I can see where that would be handy. We did not explore the area like I thought we were going to, simply because we stayed at the pool area/beach the entire time.

    We rented a two bedroom condo in the Westwinds building! What a perfect place to be. The amenities are above average. Great heated pool, wonderful hot tub, and steps from the beach. The building itself is kept in perfect condition by some great people.

    Our condo was clean and very relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Nice big bathroom. Our only complaint would they could get a better vacuum cleaner.

    Except for a little cool weather our stay here could not have been better. The condo was very nicely decorated, updated and clean in every aspect. The view from the balcony was fantastic and was a great place to read, relax or just enjoy a beautiful morning with a cup of coffee. If you want to cook the kitchen is well appointed but if you want to eat out like we did, there is no shortage of great restaurants close by. Beach access was easy and the pool area was really nice. Definitely want to go back again.

    This was our second stay at the Westwinds Property booked each time through My Vacation Haven. The entire process was seamless, as all the information you need to know is available in their App. The unit located on the 16th floor was nicely appointed, clean and felt like our home away from home for our 7 night stay. Will definately be back again next year.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was somewhat leery about arriving somewhere we have never been so late in the evening, but the directions and instructions were very clear and concise. We had no problems. The room was beautiful with a clear view of the ocean. It was lovely to get up and watch the sunrise and walk on the beach in the early morning.

    We had a great time staying here during our first beach trip with our two toddlers! The condo was clean and had all the things you might need for your family (kitchen supplies, extra pillows, games, etc). The washer and dryer were crucial, as were the beach toys in the unit. The close proximity to the ocean made for a beautiful view and also allowed us to go back and forth from the beach during the day for supplies and naptime. The building was in good shape and parking was easy. We hope to be back!

    The condo was great! We had four adults and two kids. Perfect amount of room, easy access to the beach, comfortable beds and vary clean!

    First time in Sandestin. We chose Westwards 4826 for the location and view, and we were not disappointed. Further, the unit was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Further, Vacation Haven was very well organized and all the information and directions we needed were provided in a very organized and timely manner. A Great Vacation for the whole family.

    We rented the unit for our family to join us for the holidays. Great for us (we are regular snowbirds in another unit at Westwinds. It was very convenient and provided a little more privacy for all. Our guests loved the location and found the unit comfortable and nicely provisioned. Thank you Myvacationhaven for accommodating our needs and contributing to a wonderful holiday season.
