Tile floors are featured throughout the condominium and solid surface countertops in the kitchen. The kitchen, with adjacent dining area for six, has additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. In the living area, relax in front of the fireplace and wall mounted, flat panel TV with new comfy sofas including a queen sleeper. Or, catch some z’s in one of the calming bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a new mattress set, new furnishings, flat panel TV and large adjoining bath, while the guest bedroom also has a flat panel TV and bunk beds with pull out twin trundle, accommodating up to four guests. Also stored in the guest closet is a Pack n Play and high chair for the little ones.

Of course, the star of this vacation paradise is the view. The emerald green waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf await from your balcony. There will be plenty of things to keep you busy inside also with the books, DVDs, and board games provided in the condo.

    This unit is the perfect location to watch the sunset. It is clean and well stocked, perfect for a a girls getaway. We have stayed in several WW units and this was a favorite.

    We love this condo, we love Westwinds, and are already planning the second trip!
    The only complaint we had was that the trash can was too small, and we were constantly taking out the trash. If that is the worst thing from our trip, I would say it was pretty awesome. Everything was clean, the unit came with so many great things. 5 stars. Very happy with our trip and stay!

    The rental property was clean, and better than expected. It was so nice to have kids games, movies, and beach toys. The bunk bed room was fabulous for kids. The resort was awesome as well. Super easy walk to the beach. Will definitely be back.

    Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is designed for someone handicapped. It has large shower and master bathroom which is wheelchair friendly. Regular sized washer and dryer were installed in 2019. Lovely view and sound of the gulf makes this a most relaxing place.

    We enjoyed our stay at Westwinds for our family vacation. There were 7 of us and we fit comfortably in the space. The condo had everything we needed from items to prepare full meals to chairs and toys for the beach. The balcony view is fabulous and we spent most mornings enjoying coffee there, listening to the waves and watching dolphins. The walk to the beach from the room was so convenient. The pool and hot tub had a beautiful resort feel as well. Best of all, even though it was mud-summer and prime vacation time, the beach was not overly crowded. I think the fact that on the other side of our condo were homes rather than more high rise buildings kept our spot on the beach less populated. It was perfect and we plan to be back at Westwinds.

    Two full months at Sandestin Resort, Westwinds. Reservation was a breeze and maintenance staff was very responsive. Anything we reported was attended to that very same day or the next morning in the event the request came after hours. For example: the hot pads in the kitchen were quite thin in spots. We decided to just be careful and report it as we left. However, one evening when my wife was getting something out of the oven she burned her hand to the point of blistering. I texted them about the hot pads and at 9 AM the next morning someone was here with new hot pads.

    Our family of six stayed in this condo, and it was wonderful. Our four kids fit well in the bunk beds + trundle bed. The kid's room was stocked with family games and puzzles, and our kids loved that. The pool is nice and heated to a good temperature so our kids loved swimming daytime and night. We found ourselves loving the view so much that rather than eating out we would grill or get take out to picnic on the balcony. The condo was very clean, and a great location to many restaurants, farmer's market, outlets a church we enjoyed called "Destiny Church" and of course the beach. There is a grocery store called "Fresh Market," I believe it is, that had good food and meat for our stay. Wonderful vacation.
