Beautiful over-sized tiles greet you at the home’s entry and stretches throughout the entire home with a crisp clean feel.

The kitchen offers a wow-factor all of its own with marble countertops and an oversized island perfect for serving up a meal to your large group (this property sleeps 12!). If you’re looking to entertain, the open floor plan extends from the kitchen into the dining space and over to the living area. The rustic dining table offers bench seating, perfect for the smaller guests in your group. Within this space your entire group will be able to sit and dine family-style.

Beautiful tile-work and comfortable décor extend into the first floor bedroom and full bath across the hall. Upstairs the master bedroom welcomes you with a true master suite with French doors leading into the unbelievable bathroom. This is our 3rd time to stay in Villa Lago. This home was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed in this home. It did not feel crowded with 9 people. Plenty of space. Beds are really comfortable. The management company is available if you need them. We were very happy here and will be back next summer.

We have frequented Sandestin for over twenty (20) years, and this condo was our favorite so far! The place was spotless. We had older teens with us so having two (2) golf carts that worked perfectly was a bonus. There were beach chairs and beach items to use which was convenient, so we did not have to purchase them only to use them one time. Location is perfect to all things in Sandestin.

We absolutely loved our experience as we got to attend Thanksgiving with multiple families throughout Villa Lago. 1923 had everything we needed and the place was beautiful! We’re already planning next year’s vacation there! Needless to say, I highly recommend!

This is our 3rd time to stay in this home, and once again I can’t say enough good things about it! First of all, it is CLEAN! Second, it is just GORGEOUS inside! My husband laughs because I just walk around talking about how pretty it is (the tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms, the light fixtures, the decor...I have used it as a “Pinterest board” of sorts, replicating similar things at home). Third, the location is perfect. Baytowne Wharf is THE place to be with kids/teenagers, and it is about a 3-minute golf cart ride, which makes it easy to drop off/pick up those who aren’t driving yet. Fourth, the amenities: the golf carts are a game-changer (if we can help it, we will never stay in a place that doesn’t have them—we stayed in a Grand Sandestin condo in summer 2020 when this home wasn’t available and while the condo was wonderful, parking in the garage and driving a vehicle to the beach was NOT ideal). Plus it’s just fun to go down through the tunnel to get to the beach, drive it to dinner or even the grocery store/shopping center or just putz around the beautiful resort. Also provided with this rental are beach chairs, boogie boards, as well as sand toys for smaller children. We also enjoyed the patio and master balcony overlooking hole 6 (maybe 7?) of the Baytown golf course...such a pretty view and some great people watching! The home is also perfectly situated just across from the community pool...great if you want a “sand-free” day. We usually stay at this home with our family of 5, so everyone gets their own room...this time each of our kids brought a friend, and it still worked perfectly for 8 of us. Also, the management company was friendly and responsive. We called about the small golf cart headlights, and they sent someone out in 15 minutes and fixed it. Very nice clean house. One complaint about the house is that the bathrooms were small especially the second king room upstairs. Only negative was we had a few issues with the golf carts staying charged but the property management took care of exchanging one of the carts. Overall a nice house.

We really enjoyed our stay in this superb property which was exactly as described on the website. The condition of the property was excellent and a couple of minor inconveniences were attended to by the management as soon as they were reported. The location was really good being quiet but with all the amenities in the immediate vicinity, easily accessed using the golf carts provided. The villa was very spacious ensuring that everybody had their own space and were not overpowered.

We would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the not to distant future.

Our family (2 adults + 3 kids) spent a week here for Spring Break 2019. The home could not have been more gorgeous...and CLEAN! My family laughed at me because I just kept commenting on "how cute" it was. The location is fantastic (and Sandestin never disappoints!), and we utilized the pool right across the street, went to dinner/ice cream at the Wharf just down the road, short drive to the beach, we jogged the trails, played basketball, hit up juice place in the shops at the front, and we also just enjoyed sitting on the balcony/patio with a glass of wine watching the golfers go by. Grocery store is just down the road (technically outside the gates of the resort, but you don't even have to get on the highway). Small snafu with the golf carts meant we were without both for about half the week, but the mgmt. co was responsive and helpful (as was Sandestin security and Ft Walton Fire Dept!). Each child had their own room/bathroom, and we had ample space. If you consider staying at this property (AND YOU SHOULD!), make sure you bring your own beach towels as well as items for the kitchen. We left the corkscrew that we bought, and were missing basic items such as oven mitts (something you take for granted until you're ready to pull something hot out of the oven!). Panama City Beach is about 30-45 mins away, and charming Seaside was even closer (if the traffic there not been so INSANE, we would have spent more time).
Overall, I had a high bar for this home for our visit. It definitely EXCEEDED my expectations and we will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Lago 1923! The pictures don't do this place justice. You have to see it to believe. Great family spaces. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Across the street from.the pool and it includes two golf carts! You will love it. Only thing we needed was more glassware in the kitchen.
