    We had a good stay. The mattress was not comfortable. It needs to be updated. Neither of the balcony doors would lock. The room was clean and well stocked with necessities. Customer service was easy to contact and quickly replaced the missing beach umbrella. Very convenient to restaurants at the village.

    My husband and I booked pilot house unit 412 for the week of the 4th of July. We were very pleased with room , it was beautifully decorated and conveniently located beside ( the village of Baytowne Wharf ) , which had everything you could possibly need , restaurants, entertainment, shopping. We would highly recommend this place and plan to return hopefully for our anniversary in September.

    We stayed at this wonderful unit at Pilot House. The area and location are great! We had an issue in the beginning, but the staff was very helpful and responded immediately to our needs. Jeremy’s customer service was impeccable and he worked with us to make sure that the unit was perfect and met our needs. Not only would I rent this unit again, but I would want to work with Jeremy and the wonderful staff at My Vacation Haven for any future rentals.

    My daughter and I stayed 3 nights. The condo was exactly as it was pictured on the website although the balcony view was even better. Nice and quiet. We had one issue with the door code, but I called and the problem was solved immediately. Excellent customer service.

    Overall experience was very good. Room was clean and exactly as advertised. Nice view from balcony overlooking the pool. On a minor note the unit could use some new pots and cooking utensils but this was minor. Overall a very good experience.

    The place was very cute and great location but floors could of been cleaner upon our arrival and the hair in the shower was gross. My main concern was I wanted to pull out bed and there were no sheets or blankets for it. There were plenty of extra pillows but no blankets.

    We loved staying here! It was centrally located by Baytowne Wharf and also perfect for attending a conference in the conference center. The view of beautifully landscaped gardens and pool outside our large porch was unexpected!! We would definitely stay here again!

    The pools and landscaping were spectacular. Even though a conference was taking place, the room was a quiet as a single family dwelling. It was close to shopping and there were plenty of convenient restaurants. The walking and biking trails are wonderful as they afford a person a variety of scenery. The room was tastefully decorated and perfect for a couple.

I was very close to booking our honeymoon through another provider(same area) at more than double the cost, so she saved us approximately 60% -65% booking through you guys. Our vacation rental at the Pilot House 412 was awesome!! Our condo was very clean, up to date, and accommodating. The room had everything we needed including a washer and dryer, extra sheets for the sleepy sofa and chairs and umbrella for the beach. The patio was very large with palm trees as shade. From start to end, the rental management staff was very professional and the entire experience was a seamless operation. We definitely will be booking through you guys again!!!

    We have stayed in this Pilot House unit multiple times. We love the decor, it’s close location to a beautiful pool and just steps from activities for the whole family in the Village. The large balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a good cup of coffee and a book while listening the the fountain in the shade of the palm tree. The beach is a short drive or bike ride away. We love the extra beach supplies provided by My Vacation Haven. The few times we have had any issues, MVH was quick to resolve it with no problems. I highly recommend this condo!

    Condo is beautiful and well decorated! Very clean upon our arrival. The balcony is large and the view of the palm trees were wonderful! The grounds surrounding the condo are well kept and the pool is heated and very nice. Leslie with myvacationhaven made everything very easy, she was wonderful! Absolutely loved our stay! We will definitely be back!

    So we were crazy enough to plan Spring break with a bunch of my son’s friends and parents from High School as this is the last vacation as a group. I’m so glad we did. We reserved in the Pilot House. Never been in the area so we didn’t know what to expect. Got there and love the location and the room. Parking was easy as we have a code. Room was very nice decorated with tropical theme. Clean and comfy. View to the patio and pool was nice. Everything you needed was walking distance and we enjoyed the Village very much. The shuttle service was great. I don’t have anything negative to mention about this vacation as the place, room and experience was awesome. I recommend the Pilot House as everything you need is there if you just want to chill. I definitely would be back here in a heartbeat.

    My husband and I spent two months in the condo while looking for property on the Gulf Coast. The condo was a one bedroom one bath with a washer dryer. The location was good, the staff friendly, and the staff was very helpful. During a severe cold period my husband wanted some homemade soup. I found there was not a pot the right size to cook soup for two. I mentioned this when the staff was checking the unit’s equipment. The staff retrieved a cooking pot and dropped it by the condo the same day. We found the condo to be maintained in good condition. The only thing we would change would be the hanging light fixture over the dining table. My husband impaled his skull twice on the decorative coral hanging from the fixture.

    My husband and I stayed at Vacation Havens to get away from hurricane Irma. It was perfect, due to the stress of evacuating it was difficult to relax. I will definitely go back with my entire family to really enjoy this tranquil beauty .
