This open studio condo is perfectly suited for a fun and relaxing stay, with the accommodation having two Tempurpedic queen beds and a full size Tempurpedic sleeper sofa. The neutral color palette pairs well with the chic design of the decor. The condo also hosts a flat screen television, an iPod dock, large leather seating, intimate dining area and kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge provide all of your entertainment and dining needs. The sofa is situated to be in view of the flat screen television, so anyone on any of the furniture can enjoy it for viewing purposes.

The kitchenette has a mini fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, tile countertops, and cherry cabinets. The large bathroom has a gorgeous walk in shower, and a lovely porcelain sink with the same styling as the countertops in the kitchen, tile countertop with a cherry wood trim. The studio condo also provides balcony access, so that you can enjoy views of the amazing Destin from the tenth floor of the Luau II tower. There are also chairs on the balcony, so you can sit out and watch the sun rise or set in both comfort and awe, all while enjoying the amazing scenery Destin has to offer, from lush green landscapes, to small lakes, to being able to see the Gulf of Mexico to the south and the Choctawhatchee Bay to the north.

About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     We came in for a cheer camp and throughly enjoyed our stay!! Beach was a easy 3 minute walk away and the pool was gorgeous. I loved the convenience of the tiki bar hut right next to the pool. Restaurants were in walking distance. Bunch of fun activities on the beach but it was crowded. They were chairs and umbrellas for our use in the condo room. We will definitely come back!

    We really enjoyed our stay at Luau II, the place was conveniently located near restaurants and the beach and the room was very clean and set up as advertised. The hosts reached out and we're glad to assist if we needed anything throughout our stay. Overall I am very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this location to anyone else.

    The unit was exactly as described and as the pictures showed. Amazing location with beautiful views. It was everything my family needed.....except for the lack of forks lol. I don’t know if previous occupants have taken the silverware but there was only 1 fork for a unit that sleeps 5-6 people. That is literally the only “complaint” I would have. I would say that’s pretty amazing. We will definitely be back and definitely recommend to everyone!!!!

    It was very nice, good location, would have loved to have had some chairs on the tiny balcony. Our toilet paper holder was broke and we called and was fixed the next day. Would have loved to have been able to get into this water on the beach this week but it was closed each, so we enjoyed the pool. Thanks for a great vacation with my youngest granddaughter and one of my girls.

    Loved the location. Room was very nice and clean. Loved I did not have to keep up with a room key card. Loved the code. It was very quiet. The view was amazing. Beds was very comfortable.

    Nice accommodations. I would suggest a pamphlet with places that deliver food and a map of attractions near facility. Never could figure out the tram??

    We arrived on Wednesday and left on a Monday. Upon arrival had questions about gate code & TV called # it was very fast and effective. The room was just as shown in pictures. Very nice, clean and spacious. Enjoyed the view. Ocean was a short walk away or you could drive. Pool was nice. Missed having the tiki hut open for snacks and chairs. We just took our beach chairs down to the pool. Will definitely be staying again. Thanks The Banister Family

    Exactly what is pictured, and very clean. Management comapny was so much more helpful than I expected. They checked on us during our stay as well. Great location, great view, very clean. Keep in mind, this is a handicap accessable unit. The only thing I would change, would be the HOA providing chairs at the pool. Everything else was perfect.

    The Luau ll was perfect for me. Condo was clean, good views of beach & bay. Beech chairs & Umbrellas provided. The unit also came with the use of 2 bicycles!! Great place to get your morning or afternoon walk on on the property or at the beach, you have options. Entertainment, food and drinks only a short drive via car or golf cart at the Wharf. I would recommend!!

    My friend and I visited Sandestin for spring break as a teacher getaway week! The Luau was perfect! Clean, well stocked with necessities and the tram was a great way to get to all the restaurants in Baytowne. We only left the property 1 day! Also, we felt very safe on the property. Excellent choice for us.

    It has everything my daughter and I need for a 5 day stay. Great view, excellent ceiling fan, decent enough shower pressure (for the 10th floor), beach chairs and more pillows than we could ask for.

    Pleasantly surprised at how much room was in this studio. It was perfect for the two of us. Nice amenities, short walk to the beach and the view was fantastic. Also enjoyed the The Beach House restaurant, also a short walk. Would definitely go there again.

    The property was lovely the unit was nice the only issue was the air-conditioning. On arrival the air was not working and the management staff were right on this sending repair with in 20 minutes. But it failed again the next morning and was repaired while I was out later that evening failed again, staff still exceptionally helpful. The issue was resolved by moving to another unit until repairs could be made. You couldn't ask for more helpful service.
