About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans.     The 19th floor view was spectacular! The unit was large and well done. Staff is helpful and attentive. Sandestin is still a great place to vacay. The beach is great and amenities are plentiful. Highly recommended!

    Modern vacation apartment with a fantastic panoramic view

    The apartment is located in a very well maintained resort. Nearby are many restaurants and the Publix and Walmart are also not far. The best thing is the beach with the fantastic caribbean sea. The sand at the beach is soft and white like powdered sugar.
    Negative is the extremely strict rules on the private beaches. We stayed in an open beach area of the Hilton and although we were members of the resort, we were very unpleasantly asked by the security to leave this area. I have never experienced this kind of unfriendliness in the USA.
    The apartment is perfectly modern with a very large bright living room and very nice bedrooms. The description on the portal corresponds 100% to reality. The view is really breathtaking. The kitchen is very good and fully equipped. All rooms are very clean.
    Check-in and check-out worked perfectly. We had no contact with My Vacation Haven during our stay - that's just a good indication that everything was fine!

    This rental unit is on the 19th floor with a perfect view of the beach all the way to the east. Best thing is the west view is only one floor up to the sundeck. So you have full views of sunrise and sunset.

    The unit was clean and furniture was comfortable along with good beds. Everything you would need was present in the condo.

    It was an enjoyable visit.

    Bright and airy. Very clean unit with great views from beach to bay. Will be booking again. Only drawback is elevator wait can be slow, but that’s what happens on a top floor. Views alone are worth it!

    This was our 5th time staying at the Luau and this was the nicest condo we have stayed in! The ocean was the prettiest we have ever seen it and the views from the 19th floor were spectacular! The condo was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Added bonus for me during college football season were the TV's. Every room had large TV! We love the area and the convenience to everything from the beach, pool, shopping and activities at Baytown wharf. The communication property management company was great. Highly recommend.

    This was our 2nd annual Valentine’s Day getaway/our 4th stay in Sandestin (luau) and we were not disappointed. Our first stop upon arrival is always The Surf Hut We enjoyed our 2nd annual Sunquest Solaris cruise. The shopping in the area is worth the trip from Harborwalk to Bass Pro to Baytown Village there is something for everyone. We love the location of the Luau towers and views from both, but this one overall was our favorite having big views of both the bay and the gulf was wonderful! The unit was ready for us on time, well equipped, and very comfortable. The layout is perfect for 2 couples to have privacy while also having spacious, inviting shared space too!!

    We have stayed on the Luau property 3 times. This condo was roomy for our family of 5. (3 teenagers). The 19th floor was very quiet. The condo was stocked with everything you need for cooking meals, plenty of towels, and 4 chairs to use at the beach. I have no complaints.

    Was a great place . Very nice location and great amenities! The unit was spacious and well decorated. It fit our family of 5 well. The storage unit gave use a few chairs and some beach toys that my kids enjoyed very much. Would definitely recommend.

    This unit was awesome! 2 beds / 2 baths with a lot of space. Great views of the beach and the surrounding area. The building has a roof where you could enjoy the sunset. The floor was very quiet and private. The condo was decorated like a model home and was easy to get comfortable in. Before I was even aware it was missing, management called and informed me that they found my Fitbit. It came in the mail after a few days. I would definitely rent this unit and also from this management company again!
