About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     We enjoyed our stay here. The location and amenities were great! Our home was clean and well stocked and we were very comfortable. The pool was wonderful, and the close proximity to the beach was awesome too. We ate at The Donut Hole twice and loved the food. We also ate at Kenny D’s and The Melting Pot. Destin and the Luau did not disappoint!

    Great condo and property. Pool is awesome! Lots of places to go for a walk. Near the outlet mall and Baytowne Wharf. Great location.

    My husband and I stayed at Luau 7905 for a long weekend getaway with no children. We were overall satisfied with our stay....the room was very clean and large for a studio. The walk to the beach was only a 2-3 minute walk which was great. The only thing missing was the beach chairs that were supposed to be in the unit. The pool area was also great! Loved the idea of covered parking garage as well. This rental fit all of our needs and we would stay here again. We love that with My Vacation Haven, there is no actual check in or check out process as well!
