The dining room table is a glass tabletop with comfortable chairs situated around it. Between the kitchen and dining room table is a granite counter top breakfast bar that allows for extra seating if the dining room gets too full. The kitchen features gorgeous cabinets, new appliances, and is fully equipped with cookware to allow you to make anything you may be craving.

The bedroom has a king sized bed facing another flat screen television, amazing, scenic views of the beautiful Sandestin landscape, lovely beach decor, and immediate access to the condo’s bathroom. The condo’s bathroom features a pristine white coloration, with beachy artwork. This condo also has a washer and dryer so you can keep things clean during your vacation.

Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. We have stairs in the same room 3 years in a row, we will be staying again in 24. The room has everything you need. Very clean. If you have any questions you just texted they answer. This is our home away from home.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our four night stay. The view was good and the pool was nice. It was very nice having access to all their beach supplies. I was pretty impressed with all the toiletries especially the lavender spray and the aloe vera gel. The sofa bed only had a sheet, thankfully I brought a blanket with us. The king bed was nice but the left side had a dip in it so I didn't get a good night's rest the whole time we were there. We had questions and my vacation heaven were sure to answer us. The app and keyless entry were very convenient. I only left four stars because of the mattress. If they would replace it I would definitely stay here again.

We always enjoy staying at the Luau! This is a great unit that is comfortable and clean. The keyless entry is so convenient. We had an issue with the shower head and maintenance came immediately to replace it. Perfect unit for a couple or up to 4 with the pullout sofa

Our first time visiting Miramar Beach. The Sandestin property is a very nice, gated community. The pool was great and the walk to the beautiful beach was just steps away. Lots of shops, restaurants, and water activities were just a short drive away. The app made it very convenient with all the info we needed to enter the facilities. Our room at Luau 1 was very nice. Our only suggestions would be to replace the patio cushions/pillows and the shower liner. Overall, we had a memorable family vacation and would return in the future.

The condo was very nice. The pool was very nice. The walk to the beach was actually shorter than I thought it would be. The only detraction from it was I was not able to check in until 4 PM Central Time. I was coming from Atlanta, so that is 5 PM Eastern Time, which effectively means I wasn't able to check until the evening.

Beautiful apartment, just as you see it in the photos. King bed and pillows are very comfortable. Sofa Cama is ok, could be more comfortable. you should know: you need to bring a blanket for the sofa bed, it only has 1 very light sheet. The coffee maker is not the regular one you see in the photos. It's a mini Keurig so you have to bring the pods. The storage for beach things: They have about 5 or 6 chairs, an umbrella (not very big), body boards, and some sand toys. The storage is located in the basement, near the exit to the parking lot. It has all the kitchen utensils. Apartment near the beach. You can walk, but I suggest a cart to carry things. 100% recommended

We had a wonderful experience. The condo was super clean and well stocked. The condo is a very short walk to the beach. The pool was great and the building was nice. Loved that every thing we needed was in the app. The staff even checked on us when we arrived. Parking was super easy. We highly recommend and would book this condo again.

Exceptional. Highly recommend. Definitely coming back. No AC first night but repair guy came next day ASAP and was excellent. He opened all the vents and checked around for more things just incase.

We enjoyed our stay at the Luau l vacation rental. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the large private balcony with comfortable furniture. The bed was also very comfortable and everything was in good working condition. The pool area was very nice and it was a only approximately 1 block walk to the beach area. We explored the area from Destin to Panama Beach and would definitely stay at the Miramar Beach area again.

Arrival was super easy I was able to access the info needed to enter the gate and room via the app. Once entering our condo we were treated to amazing views of the Sandestin resort area. From the balcony you can see the ocean behind the buildings, the pool, and snagging views of the sunset. I loved the fact that we had a full kitchen with stove and fridge. The pool was heated which was very nice considering some of the days it was in the 60s. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. I was grateful to have chairs and the sand toys provided in the storage area. My only complaint was the fold out couch mattress was very thin and flimsy.

Incredible condo! The location of this condo cannot be beat! Walking distance to the beach, pool access just steps from the building, and tons of places to eat nearby. The pull out sofa slept the kids perfectly, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable (a bad bed is my biggest fear when renting). There was great water pressure and it got hot quickly. Added bonus: dishwasher and washer/dryer combo!! The nightly rates are VERY affordable for the area, and we can’t wait to go back! If you’re looking for a perfect beach vacation spot, this is it!!

The only complaint was the code to enter the apt would not allow check in before 4pm. I called to see if we could get in at 2:30 & V H made it happen. The welcome package did tell us about the 4 pm check in which I failed to notice. Other than my mistake , the prompt service was much appreciated.

We loved the condo, it’s beautiful with wonderful views. It was clean and well equipped. The only thing we would recommend would be curtains in living room for the bright sun, and the couch is not real comfy. I would stay here again. We love the Luau buildings and have stayed multiple times in them. The condo is just as pictures show. Very clean and accommodating. I think we’ve rented five times through MVH and have had an excellent experience every time. Already planning our summer trip here!

The condo is exactly as pictured. Nice furnishings and very clean. We were in town for a wedding so didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities. Management quickly assisted us with gate access. Location was very convenient and while not beach front was a very short easy walk.

I traveled with my husband and two kids. Our kids slept at the sofa bed and they were comfortable there. The apartment is very comfortable, it has all the utensils, plates, etc that we needed to cook our meals and everything is in good condition. It was a great surprise to find out it has a washer and dryer, because they are not showed in the pictures. The condition of the apartment is really good. I never saw the beach chair, the umbrella nor the beach toys, because we brought our own stuff, so we never looked for them. The location is excellent, is not beachfront, but we could see the beach from the balcony and the best part was that we were able to walk to the beach, which was very convenient. We love Sandestin and we will keep coming back. And working with My Vacation Haven was very easy, they sent the check in information through an app, everything is clearly there and we will definitely keep renting the properties they manage. Overall we had a wonderful experience.
