Experience Your Vacation Haven

This pet friendly two story cottage, with a 6 seater golf cart, in the Bungalos neighborhood in Sandestin will help you and your entire family relax for a wonderful vacation. The home has a large open concept living area, kitchen, and dining room on the first floor opening up to the back of the house to make it easy to enjoy time with your loved ones.

This cottage is one of only a few in the Bungalos neighborhood with a screened porch on the back of the house--for extra living space, along with a paver patio and BBQ grill and grassy area for the kids and pets to run around.

Inside, there is a bunk room downstairs with one set of twin bunk beds along with the master bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a second living area perfect for the kids along with two more guest bedrooms- one with a king bed and one with two sets of twin over full bunk beds. The king guest bedroom has an en suite bathroom to create a second master bedroom. The bunk room has a hall bath just outside the bedroom door.

    ANOTHER AWESOME WINTER AT BUNGALO 2457

    This was our 6th multi month stay at Bungalom2457 and another very enjoyable time !! The BUNGALO upstairs has been updated and is great . The added living room space is soooo good when we have our grandkids with us _ it is their space and their escape from the adultt world . The bunk beds are a big hit !! The BUNGALO is well equipped with everything form dishes to television .BUT the best part is the service from MY HAVEN VACATION....their response to any problem that comes up is excellent - the plug on the vacuum fell apart and it s fixed within two hours , the toaster was inadequate ( 2 slicer ) and a new one was delivered the same day as the call was made . Our property manager , Julie , is unbelievable - just sooo good !!! MY HAVEN VACATION have their service down to a science with regular maintenance with everything form the cart to the BBQ. Definitely recommend BUNGALO 2457 !!!��

    Family Vacation 2023

    This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean and a few things had been updated since last year. The addition of the bags game was great for the kids. The owners had a fridge delivered during our stay but the property manager was very professional about it. We also had a new air filter installed and although we were not notified about this it all worked out ok. The golf cart is a fun way to get around the complex. Although the windshield wiper did not work and we were there during a rainy week it did not hinder our experience. I would recommend to others. The only bad part is there are only 2 parking spots (very tight with 2 vans) but that is in all of the units. Being a unit that you could have more than one family share this could be a problem for some renters. The family enjoyed the pool, and activities at Baytown Wharf including fireworks and the ice cream shop.

    Our family (4 adults, 4 kids) had a lovely stay at the bungalo. Check in and check out was seamless and very easy! Code to use the front door and minimal check out duties, which was great since we had to catch a flight at 6:30 am on our last day. Golf cart was so great and we only drove our car a few times since everything was so close! The beach toys, umbrella, and chairs were nice to have as well. Beds were comfortable and AC works great! We ate in every night except for one, so we noticed a few things that guests might want to bring: pot holders, trivets(to protect the beautiful wood dining table), rubber spatula. We made due with towels for pot holders and trivets just fine, though. Grocery pickup from Walmart was easy and saved us time having to grocery shop the first day. Publix is very close and accessable by golf cart for quick trips. The dining room table was big enough for our crew and provided a place to reminisce about our day on the beach or crab island. The power flickered off a few times during our stay, but not more then a second or two. Make sure to keep the fridge door closed as much as possible...with 4 hungry/thirsty kids who love to "see what we have", it had a hard time staying below 40 degrees. I highly recommend renting a boat from Luther's to take a trip to crab island since it was so easy! The Baytowne marina is a great place to kayak and watch the sunset. Trash pickup every morning was so nice. We would totally stay here again and enjoy every minute of it!

    We loved staying here. Sadly the golf cart didn’t work during our stay. We loved the relaxing decor and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have access to the beach closet too.

    We loved the Bungalow neighborhood and unit. The bunk room upstairs was a hit with my boys. The decorations were great, enough kitchen tools, and the back porch in the morning is so relaxing. The location can't be beat close to the neighborhood pool, putting green and a short ride to restaurants, beach and shopping center. We loved the golf cart (check that it's charged, there was an issue with the outlet and despite being plugged in it didn't get charged, it died on us far from the unit, however the rental company took care of it and had it back to us charged in time for a fun dinner ride - thank you!). We will definitely return!

    We had the nicest time at the Bungalo we stayed in. 2457 was the address and it was a very nice place and location. The cottage was inviting and warm, with plenty of space, and well equipped kitchen. We cooked most meals at the house.

    Spacious home with easy access to all of the fun in Sandestin

    This spacious bungalow had the perfect floorplan for our family of 5, plus a few guests that joined us for part of the week, everyone (including our dogs) were very comfortable. Having the golf cart enabled us to easily take full advantage of all of the Sandestin amenities.
    PROS:
    -Plenty of plush seating in the family room
    -Extra Large TV for fun movie nights
    -Comfortable mattresses with nice, clean bedding
    -Ample towels in all baths
    -Choice of 2 grills for outdoor cooking
    -Beautiful screened-in porch with nice furnishings, being located in the rear of the house made it a quiet & private space
    -Upstairs loft and bedrooms stayed quiet, even with noise downstairs
    -Plenty of plates, glassware, and utensils
    -Beach supply closet had a lot of gear, we called management about 2 broken chairs and they were quickly replaced
    -Beautiful neighborhood with lush landscaping and clean community pool

    CONS:
    -lacking in basic pieces of cookware and bakeware. There was an odd variety of pans, all but 2 had coatings that were flaking off. We purchased a stock pot and oven mitts for use during the week.
    -Upstairs bunk beds were very compact in height, the bottom bunk had very little space between it and the top bunk.
    -Tight space around dining room table and kitchen breakfast bar area make it difficult to get around the space when people are seated

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book this house again for future visits.

    We are more than happy with our experience with MY HAVEN VACATION ...while we have only had little things " go wrong " , the company has responded quickly and to our satisfaction. We are half way through a three month stay and have not encountered any problems that have not been solved immediately ...

    A Charming Bungalo

    We stayed in the Bungalo for 7 nights. It was spacious, nice, and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, even the bunks. Extras like the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys were appreciated! We loved the use of the golf cart and it made navigating the resort easy! It was easy to get to the ocean via underground tunnel designed for golf carts to cross Hwy. 98. Also, easy to use the cart for nearby shipping, dining, and entertainment at Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Blvd. Plaza. Nearby shopping at Sandestin Outlet mall and Destin Commons is easily accessible by car. A Walmart is 2 miles away for groceries. Traffic to move up Hey.98 to Destin was horrible, taking an hour to get to the Harbor, but that’s of no fault of the property. Looks like construction is underway to widen road. Overall, we loved the property, resort, and location. We had a wonderful time.

    We really enjoyed the house for our family vacation with 4 adults and 2 children and a dog. Plenty of room for all. Highly recommend this property.
