    This is our 5th visit to Sandestin. We chose this time to stay within the Beachwalk Villa and was not disappointed. The view from our condo was lovely and we enjoyed the location of the condo in proximity to the beach and community pool. We had an issue with an amenity that came with our condo. We appreciated the response of the My Vacation Haven team most especially Regent who took action and responded quicky with an appreciated resolution.

    This rental is absolutely amazing! We stayed with our two kids and I was blown away by how clean the unit was! The bedrooms are both upstairs and have VERY comfy beds and bathrooms in each bedroom. The bathrooms are SO NICE! The closets are huge. There’s a washer and dryer upstairs as well which made washing clothes for the trip a breeze. The view from the master bedroom is so beautiful! There’s an awesome vacuum both upstairs and downstairs to clean up after kids. There’s a little gated private porch area right before the front door. There’s an additional front gated area with tons of beach toys, sand buckets, shovels, a huge sturdy beach umbrella, and three great beach chairs. The back area has a large deck with a patio table and two large Adirondack chairs for lounging. There are little water spigots and showers both in the front porch area and the back porch area, this was AMAZING for getting sand off feet before going inside the house. The six seater golf cart was SO MUCH FUN and my kids loved every minute of riding it. It’s only about a three minute drive to the beach and there’s parking for golf carts. We used the black tote to put toys and towels and beach stuff and put it on the golf cart. We drove the golf cart to the beach, to the Publix, and to the Baytown Wharf. The pools are so nice, but we spent most of our time at the beach. There is a Walmart five minutes up the road and we did two curbside pickup orders during the trip and got all of our groceries loaded in the truck. There’s a full size very nice refrigerator in the house, and lots of counter space. We grilled at home a couple nights and there was every utensil we could possibly need there in the condo. There is a huge table in the dining area as well as a smaller table by the back sliding door. Everything was perfect for our family and two small kids. We felt very safe as there’s a security guard at the entrance to the gated community checking everyone who enters. We will absolutely be back and we will rent this exact same unit because it was perfect in every way!

    The unit was very spacious and very clean. The unit was close to the beach as well. It had all the necessary items needed for the stay. The only negative was the parking. There is not a designated parking space for bothe the vehicle and the golf cart. It was very inconvenient.

    Great Villa

    We stayed here as a last minute change in reservation. Our villa choice had to have a roof replacement so management gave us this one instead. The unit is amazing and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. We had a couple minor issues, but management was very responsive. The golf cart was great to get around...in Sandestin, you have to drive everywhere. If the beach is your main reason to stay at Sandestin, I would recommend driving to Henderson beach just down 98. Sandestin Resort beach service is VERY pricey and you will have no elbow room to spread out, especially in summer. All in all, a great week.

    We had stayed at Sandestin before but not in Beachwalk. What a great place and location. It was quiet but also right next to everything. The lake views from the back deck and master bedroom were fantastic. The beach access was great, and the golf cart was the icing on the cake. From beach transport to pool trips and even being able to go to Publix and Starbucks on the cart path, what a bonus! We will definitely be back and would choose this particular condo again. We had a great trip.

    The property was as described minus the coffee table in the picture. We wished we had a coffee table. The unit was very clean and had a great view of the lake. The unit had everything we needed and we absolutely loved the golf cart. The location is great for the beach and they even provided beach chairs and toys for us to use. It was a quick golf cart ride to great restaurants and to the Village at Baytown. Beds were good. Overall, very happy with our stay!

    This was our fourth year vacationing in this unit. The view of the water is always welcoming. The unit was very clean. It was nice to have a new sofas. Missed having a coffee table in the middle of the rug, but still it was ok.
    If we had an issue with the unit, my vacation haven did send someone promptly.

    We have been here since January 9, 2019. Love the location and very happy with the unit, very clean and comfortable.
    My vacation haven provided very good customer service. And we have recommended my vacation haven to several friends and acquaintances.
    Few recommendations: Better to have 2 tea towels, instead of 1, and extra hand
    Towels, had 3. Coming back next year! Thank you for your home away from home!

    Everything was as advertised. Clean place. Quick service when landscapers cut extension cut for golf cart. Had new cord in an hour. Will use My Vacation Haven again.

    The property was very nice, clean, and well stocked. The location was quiet and in a good location for access up and down the emerald coast. Having the golf cart was very nice for an easy trip to the beautiful beach! Beds were very comfortable and everything in great working condition.

    Maria, Trent and the other staff were very attentive to all our needs. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly. A better cleaning job could have been done for our arrival, while the unit was general clean there were areas in the unit that had not been cleaned, especially under the furniture. There were plenty of towels and blankets , dishes etc. and the wifi worked well. The view out back looking over the pond lent itself to hours of enjoyment watching the wildlife. We have booked this unit again for next year and look forward to our stay.

    Other than the cool weather this year and the rain the stay was just as we expected. We did lots shopping, golfing, dinners out, meeting new people,getting involved with activities in the complex and the area. While the golf deal here was reasonable I found the people at the pro shop in need of some customer service training. We enjoyed the vacation so much we are already booked for next year.

    We were staying at a property NOT managed by My Vacation Haven (but booked on Home Away), and had an electrical fire. Went back on HomeAway and found this property nearby. No kidding, 90 minutes later (thanks Hunter @ MVH!) I was in this beautiful property! The golf cart is a must have for those trips to the beach and late night tips to Baytowne! Faces east, so great morning sun and you can enjoy the lake in the late afternoon. Will definitely stay here again!

    Condo was very modern with granite and stainless steel appliances, large flatscreen TV and awesome view of the lake. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I have stayed at Sandestin plenty of times, but not in these particular units. We all agreed that we will come back next year and stay at the same place if possible. The golf cart was definitely a necessity. It ran very well and stayed charged for quite a while. Very convenient for carry beach supplies, plus 3 women! lol Wonderful experience that was destination perfect!

    Condo was just as described. Clean and beautiful. The golf cart was so nice to have and convenient. The lake was beautiful to look at every morning sitting out on the deck watching the kids fish as we drank our morning coffee. Absolutely love this place.

    We loved everything about this condo except for the noisy neighbors! The location was convenient, it was clean and decorated nicely, and the golf cart made getting to the beach, Publix, and Baytowne Wharf a blast! We just happened to have the unfortunate timing of getting some renters (or perhaps an owner) next door who liked to play their music loudly out on their back deck. It could be easily heard inside our place all (and every) evening.
    We had one maintenance issue with a sink draining slowly, but the property management company quickly dispatched a repairman to fix it.

    Our stay was exceptional. Enjoyed the scenery from the patio each morning, seeing the ducks, pelicans, blue heron.....the weather this year was warm and sunny! Our unit was very clean. Beautiful area for walking, close to the pool and the beach. Coming back next year.
