Owner provides a 6 seat golf cart for guest use with this unit. This two story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa is located in the beachside neighborhood resort community closest to the Gulf, Beachwalk Villas. With a private drive, private patio with views of a large, natural lake, you will feel as though you are staying in your very own beach home.

This fully furnished, condo-style villa features a full kitchen, open living and dining area and comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. This quaint villa is just steps from a beautifully landscaped community pool for days when you want to just relax with your little ones at the kiddie pool.

On evenings you want to enjoy a memorable evening out, it’s easy to do. Simply step out to breathe in the balmy beach breezes as you stroll to some of the best coastal dining on the Emerald Coast — just minutes from your villa. This family friendly villa will allow you to relax and reconnect with the ones you love in style.

Beachwalk Villas are located on the shores of Horseshoe Lake and on the beach side of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Beachwalk Villas are two story villas that have private patios overlooking the lake.

Parking available in front of the villas, beautifully landscaped pool area and fishing right out your back door. You can enjoy the wildlife from your living room sofa. Conveniently located next to The Market Shops and approximately a five minute walk to the Gulf beaches.

Loved the ground floor entrance, access to pond out the back, bedrooms on the second floor and storage space for food, toys, etc. Didnt like that management didnt get back with us when the ceiling in the dining room leaked when showers were on. There was a live roach in the entryway area just outside the front door. Bring extra blankets.

This is a smaller unit in Beachwalk Villa, but it is a cozy escape. We go to Sandestin 3-4 times a year and always stay through My Vacation Haven. We looked while we were there to see if this unit was open for Thanksgiving. This unit is absolutely fantastic. There are just three of us, and it was perfect. It would be snug for a larger family, but could still work. You can tell the owners are very present and involved with this unit. It flows well, and is super easy to enjoy and relax. The back patio is a special place. The views are fantastic. If this unit is open again on a trip we take we will definitely give it a thought.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and clean! The view of the lake out back was perfect. The location is everything- getting to the wharf and ocean was so easy with the golf cart! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed everything about this vacation rental. It’s location within the resort is perfect and it is easy to get to both the beach and the bay sides, the views of the water from the house was amazing, the house is cozy and well laid out, the golf cart made getting around and parking within the resort a breeze. The management company was extremely attentive. 5 stars all the way around!

This was an amazing place that is newly updated. We loved this rental especially the built in bunk beds, view of the lake, and convenience of a golf cart. The staff (Megan, Jessica, & David) went above and beyond to assist us with an issue. Just their assistance and willingness to make sure we were taken care of goes a long way. My family cannot wait to go back again soon as we highly recommend with the overall experience.

Our family of three recently stayed at beach walk villa 5090. The Villa was well appointed, very accommodating, nicely laid out and well set up. We really enjoyed the back deck overlooking the lake and the chase lounge chairs to absorb some sun on cooler days.

This was a great location looking at a lake. There
Was a heated pool within walking distance we had a golf
Cart included and could easily drive to the beach. The
Layout of the condo was great. Downstairs included a private included
Courtyard nice kitchen, dining area, and family area. There was a
Half bath. A patio off family room faced the lake. Thought we would
miss the ocean view, however, we did not. The upstairs had
2 master suites with king beds and bathrooms in each. One suite
upstairs Had recessed bunk beds as well. Lots of storage.

Great location, nice and clean! Only downside was that out of 3 DVD players in the villa, only one of them worked, which was in the Master bedroom. Since we were there during a tropical storm, it would have been nice to have them work, especially with kids. Other than that, great place.

The home is stylish and comfortable. And easy walk to the pool or a short golf cart ride to the beach/shops. Had a little trouble with the cart and the management service had maintenance there in less than an hour - spectacular service! Would definitely rent this unit again.
