    Me and my Wife have both been going to Destin since we were kids, and now try to keep it going now as we are adults taking our kids. We've both been to multiple places and have agreed that this place is by far the best so far. We would like to book this same unit every time we go if possible. The kids had a blast and everything was perfect.

    I vacationed in August 2022 with my husband, our two children (ages 6 and 3) and my mother. The condo was just the right size. I appreciated the gated community and gated beach access. The walk to the beach was easy- for the children and my mother. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was furnished beautifully and had everything we needed. I’m not sure if anyone else experienced this but we didn’t have cold water for showers or the washing machine. It was a little frustrating to come in from the hot sun and not be able to take a cold shower. I’m not sure what the issue was but hopefully it is resolved now. That was the only issue we had. Otherwise the condo was perfect.

    My family had a blast! The property was exactly as described. It was clean and well maintained! I seriously had no complaints from the time we got there until we left.     Y’all, this condo is great! So many little things went into making it a great place to stay- the location is perfect with gorgeous clear water and white sand, the decorations and furniture is great ( none of the hand me down furniture from 1980 going on there), the ice maker keeps up with making plenty of ice, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils....I could prob go on and on. The condo is part of the sandestin resort which is amazing- think of a miniature Disney springs. Restaurants, shopping entertainment, spa, golf, babysitting, shuttle rides,etc. BUT, what made this condo amazing and better than the other condos in the area was the private security on the beach. Every other section of the beach was WALL TO WALL people on the beach and in the water, but not our little section of paradise! Security guards would remove anyone not staying specifically in beachside one and that made all the difference in the world! I don’t usually rebook places bc I’m a traveler and I like to see new things, but we’re thinking of coming every year to this condo for our girls trip. Book it now!!

    The Condo was as advertised. We loved the location with great views of the Gulf.
    We would definitely stay here again and recommend the condo we were in to anyone.
    The pool was under renovations and it would have been a better deal if it was open.

    My daughters and I enjoyed our time here. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. A few coffee filters would have been nice though. The view of the beach is beautiful including a panaramic window in the master bedroom! We did have one issue when we shut the glass door to the balcony, and it locked! Luckily we were able to call for someone to open it and let us back in.

    It was very pleasant. The view from the room was excellent. Just a few critiques -- the icemaker was turned off when we arrived and obviously an empty ice tray (not a deal breaker, but just a little bothersome). And the master bedroom has no overhead fan and it seemed stuffy at times. I hope this does not offend you, just stating some of the things irked us a little bit, but are not preventing us from coming back.

    The condo is lovely and has a very nice view of the beach. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished. The bathroom could use some updating. I think most people prefer a walk in shower. Disappointed that the pool area was all torn up. Looking forward to staying there after they get the new pool built.

    Everything was as good as expected and better, with well stocked kitchen items, and beautiful beach views from master and patio. The wagon, chairs and umbrella were used everyday. A ramp on the property to the beach would make the commute much easier. We will be booking here again!

    We stayed at 4064 Beachside One in Destin. It was very clean, comfortable and had more than enough of what you would need. Being located on Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort, it offered plenty to do and see. This condo had beautiful ocean front views from the balcony and the master. It also had a wagon to haul chairs and umbrellas that were also supplied for the beach. My Vacation Haven was super easy to book thru and very informative. The one time I had questions, they were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend!

    This condo rental really was exactly as to be expected based on the description and photos. It functioned as it should and had the listed amenities. There were signs of wear and tear but it gave us what we needed as a place to eat, shower and sleep. Our favorite parts of this rental were the views, the balcony, and the beach chairs and umbrellas. My family and I are already looking forward to visiting next summer!

    Such a lovely time! I couldn't have asked for anything better! Woke up and had coffee on the balcony and back on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine--saw dolphins several times. Beach is very convenient and the beach service was superb!

    The owners made the condo so comfortable.
    The beds were so comfy and the condo was exceptionally clean.

    We had a great time. Terrific location, nice accommodations, and beautiful beach. Nice to use Trams to travel. Drivers were friendly and a good resource.

    Beautiful condo with great views. We go to Destin every year for a conference. We have found that it is easier and more affordable to to rent a condo than it is to stay at the conference center.

    This is our 2nd time staying @ Beachside 1. Location is awesome. The condos are quiet. We could not hear the winds from Hurricane Nate until we went out on the balcony. I appreciate how clean the beach and pool areas were kept.

    We work really hard at our jobs so we needed to get away...just the two of us. This was the perfect rental for us. The view of the beach was amazing. We felt right at home. The rental was up to date. Nothing looked old and outdated. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to just get away and relax. I love cooking so the kitchen was amazing. They had everything I needed as far as cooking utensils. We were surely be back again!!! Thanks

    Our rental experience was absolutely wonderful. This condo was in fantastic shape with updated kitchenware, beautiful decor, wonderful views, and very clean! My wife and I vacation at various beaches 2 to 3 times a year and rent a house or condo each time - I can say with no exaggeration that this condo really impressed us.
