With expansive views of the Choctawhatchee Bay wetlands and completely surrounded by tall pines, you will almost forget you are just minutes from the crystal blue water and sugar white sands of the Gulf. In the thick of everything, it’s perfect for those who are active and ready to go – or equally relaxing for those who want to sit back and take in the views.

Inside, the open floor plan leaves plenty of space to relax or ample room to maneuver for a gripping game of cards or full-on charades! When it’s time for bed, there is a full master suite on both the first and second floors each offering a king bed and en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is on the first floor with two twin beds. Escape your escape with spacious bedrooms equipped with TVs and DVD players, perfect for winding down on your own or the perfect place for movie night with your family!

The updated kitchen offers expansive granite countertops, coordinated appliances and plenty of space to cook up your favorite meals. Save the precooked seafood for another time, in this kitchen you’ll want to do it yourself. Serve-up your guests comfortably with plenty of seating between the eat-in breakfast bar and six person dining area (plus amazing bay views!).

For the adventurers, walk to Jolee Island for a picnic with your family or bike the miles of dedicated bike paths right outside your door. Walk to the Village of Baytowne Wharf where family fun like the zip line, playground and marina all offer a unique family experience. Seasonal fun, like bay water sports, seasonal concerts, and fireworks happen nightly. During the day take in the many retailers of Baytowne and more!

Oh – and the beach! Bay Pine is centrally located so the beach is just a five minute bike ride away. Grab your towel, tablet and sunscreen and you’re off for a day of lounging, swimming, and repeat.

    What a great place to stay we had 5 people. Close to everything you need or could ask for. Take the golf cart to Baytown or to the beach or just to ride around and look at this amazing place to stay. Pools are great such a good family feeling being at this house would stay again 10 out of 10

    This was by far one of my best rentals.The location of the cottage was convenient and the perfect the views of sunset in the evenings was gorgeous. The fireworks at night was lovely. The home was immaculately clean, spacious and even and even better than shown in pictures. I really enjoyed the use the use of the golf cart, it made everything even the beach so accessible.

    We stayed at this Baypine Cottage for 4 nights as a treat for our High School graduate and his two friends. The cottage was perfect for our needs. The golf cart was "over the top" for everyone and allowed a thorough exploration of the Baytowne area. The cottage was adequately stocked with what we needed for quick meals, but honestly, we spent most of our time on the move and eating at local establishments. The location of the cottage was great; close to pool, short bike or walk to little island to explore, yet private enough to feel out of the main stream of traffic flows. Would highly recommend for families, couples, etc. Look forward to returning again soon.

    This house provided us with enough space for our family of 8 with a very well equipped kitchen. The golf cart was a huge plus and the location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

    Unit was as advertised. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, two very nice king bedrooms. Screened back porch. Short walk to community pool. 4-person golf cart to carry us around Resort. Short cart ride to Baytowne Wharf and Grand Sandestin shopping and grocery store. My Vacation Heaven very professional. Had a few minor maintenance issues which were resolved immediately. Also, maintenance lady also help with technical issue on one iPad. Will book again.

    We retreated last minute down south to escape the polar vortex and landed this great spot. Bigger than we needed, but we enjoyed the space. Beds were great, place was very nicely equipped. All the kitchen bells and whistles were there and if we wanted to cook, we would have had everything we needed.
    One thing they need to work on is giving full instructions on accessing the property. They did not tell us it was a security guard gated community, so we were unprepared to register as a guest and the access code was not provided initially and we had to call the after hours manager to get the access code. Worked fine, just a little stressful after driving 10 hours and wine with dinner!!

    Yes, I knew it would be there,but I had not really thought about how much we would enjoy the use of it. Of course, my 3.5 year old grandson spotted it when we first arrived......but it was raining. But,he helped me uncover it the next morning! We thoroughly enjoyed our ride around the beautiful neighborhoods. Enjoyed just having the wind in our face. The house is just perfect in every way for our family. Hopefully,we can “come back home” to visit again someday!

    We loved the floor plan and the natural forest like setting of this cozy cottage. The view of Jolie's Island was beautiful. It had all the conveniences we needed to cook and go to the beach. Beds were comfortable and home was very clean. Porches and balconies offered relaxation and tranquility.

    We stayed at this lovely cottage for the month of Feb. Everything was very clean, and set up perfectly for two sisters wanting to be away from cold and snow! The rental company was very efficient with every request we had and we are very thankful to the owners for willing to rent for the month! The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed.

    We loved our stay at 8873 Baypine Dr! The house was perfect for our family. Everything we needed was provided. The location was great and having the golfcart is a must! The only complaint we had was the King Matteess in the downstairs bedroom. If you like extra firm mattresses, you wi be satisfied, however it was way too hard for us. On the flip side we woke early each morning to enjoy coffee and the sunrise.
    This is the 2nd time we have rented from My Vacation Haven and they never disappoint.

    This home was the perfect place for my family and parents to enjoy beautiful Destin. We've said this was going to become a yearly vacation and we would only rent this house. The amenities were great, my husband and I loved the golf cart to pop over to the shops and warf. Could not have asked for a better place to spend such a special time with my family.

    Beautiful, efficient, roomy, comfortable, 3 bedroom suite home with much needed golf cart to access amenities--pools, grocery stores, beach, and leisure morning and afternoon scenic drives. Family consisted of parents, three sons and one daughter-in-law. Perfect fit for the six of us. Wifi allowed for family movie nights!

    Cute house, clean and great location. About a 7min golf cart ride to the beach and 3min ride to Baytownewharf that was lots of fun for all of us. Very quiet neighborhood and a few houses down from the pool that was never busy. Kids like bed riding around in the golf cart. Lots of space for is, our 2 kids and in-laws. A few things that would have made the stay better: master suite mattress was terrible (super hard and squeaky) and master and downstairs kids bedroom had no light blocking shades so super bright starting at 6:30am. Would definitely recommend!
