With Ariel Dunes II 2210 being an end unit with many windows, you can get a great view from the balcony or inside. Ariel Dunes II 2210 is a three bedroom unit with space for 10 people.

Enjoy an open and airy floor plan where a fantastic living room flows into a modern kitchen, outfitted with all the stainless steel appliances you could possibly need. The master bedroom has its own balcony access, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Just the bathroom itself is designed for a vacation with its large shower and soaking garden tub! The next bedroom has a queen bed and access to a smaller second balcony which offers views of the resort, the Gulf, the beach, and the bay. This bedroom also has a full bathroom. The third guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with four twin size mattresses. The bedroom also has a private bathroom, this one with a spacious shower.

Guests and residents alike know that the whole area of Destin, Florida has everything you would want on a beach vacation. Hop on a jet ski, go parasailing, or just ride the waves. As the sun sets, head to Grand Boulevard, the town center where they have seasonal events throughout the year.

    We were all very happy with our stay at this condo. Minor complaints first, low water pressure in the queen bedroom shower, no hot tub (but there was a heated pool) on the property and could not check in early even though the condo was ready (locks on a timer down to the minute). Now the many pro's: view was SPECTACULAR! Condo itself was very clean, plenty of towels, decent supply of paper products, kitchen well stocked with non-cooking items (plates, utensils, pots etc...)and had plenty of room for our group of 6. could comfortably hold 8. Location was great, 8-10 min walk to the beautiful beach. Management company (my vacation haven) was very responsive. I sent texts at 11pm and 8am and they were answered really quickly. Would stay here again!!

    Our stay was a celebration of family. We do not get together often. This stay renewed our commitment to family! We loved the space, the immaculate kitchen, the spacious bedrooms and common areas. The dining area was were we met, dined and recalled precious memories. Overall this condo is perfect. Enjoy!

    Very nice unit.. kitchen well supplied. I would suggest a Kuerig also since so many use them. Also, missing a chair by the small table on the porch and the switches in the queen bedroom don’t control any lights.. may want to. CHeck that as it would be more convenient. Overall great unit

    I loved our stay. The condo is very spacious and hosted our family of eight very well. There was a slight problem with the beach closet not being stocked as quoted BUT a simple text to Vacation Haven and in just a couple hours they delivered two new beach chairs and an umbrella. We were very impressed with their quick response and care.

    Honestly this condo is better than the pictures. Extremely clean, well equipped. We had 2 families (8 people total, 4 kids, r adults) everyone had their own space. The view from the balcony is unmatched. Close walk to the beach. Maybe 5 minutes total and that's hauling a toddler. We will definitely be back for this specific condo.

    We have stayed in this condo for the past 5 years for our summer trip. Unbelievable views and perfectly furnished for our group of 8.. We have offered our kids and their friends (now all over 18) to try and stay elsewhere, but they insist that this is our home away for home. My Vacation Haven has been fantastic to work with to get our annual trip booked! Looking forward to next year.

    This was a fantastic rental! We vacationed with our 5 kids from age 6-16. We had plenty of space and everyone was happy with there rooms and bathrooms. The furnishings and appliances were all very high quality. It was very clean. Overall, I’d say it exceeded our expectations because the quality and decor is so nice. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view is amazing. You can watch the sunset, see the beach, and the lights of the city at night are gorgeous. The walk to the beach was easy and only a few minutes. The pools were clean and well maintained. We went during a busy spring break but never had any issues waiting for the elevator. We will definitely be booking this one again.

    This is our 3rd stay here. View is incredible, the place is beautifully appointed and always clean. We keep coming back because the peace and the views are so amazing. Absolutely best sunsets in Destin/Miramar. Blows me away every time, and helps us to relax. refresh and restore.

    Property was as advertised, the view of the ocean was fantastic, and the location was very convenient. Management recommended an app, which had lots of info and was very helpful. One place for the code to the door, directions, Wi-Fi password, pool instructions, etc.

    A spectacular view from an amazing condo!! The condo is very nice with island decor making it feel very Caribbean. The living area and dining room has plenty of seating for a large family. The kitchen is updated and well stocked with nice appliances. The startup supplies of paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, dish towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo were so helpful to begin our week. The VIEW IS FABULOUS of the Gulf and off the second balcony of the bay as well. The beach closet was a great bonus. My Vacation Haven was awesome answering any questions we had quickly and sending maintenance immediately when we had a sink leak. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave so they allowed us to purchase an additional night since no one was coming in immediately behind us. We will definitely use My Vacation Haven for our next visit and hopefully this condo will be available.

    This vacation rental was everything we expected but better. The views was amazing from the 22nd flr. We had ocean views both front and back, a lake view, and golf course view. It was beautiful. The condo was bigger than I expected. The rooms all was great size along with the bathrooms. The living room and dinning room had a enough sitting for family breakfast, dinners and just hanging out. The staff was very nice, and the condo outdoor and indoor was very clean. Highly recommend this condo.

    When we first arrived the house was very clean, which I loved. The views are incredible. The location is perfect and the resort has everything you would need. I enjoyed my stay very much! We had 8 people, 4kids and 4adults and we all had a really great time. We will definitely be back!

    The condo has a great open Living area and kitchen. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a child. However, the bunk bed room is very small and the sheets don’t fit well on the bed. The balcony is shared with the master and the living area and is a good size with views that take in a large area. The sunsets are beautiful! The master bedroom and bath are gorgeous and roomy and the other bedroom is quite nice with its own balcony. It’s a short walk to the beach, manageable using a beach cart we brought to bring supplies. The rental agents are great and quick on answering your request. It’s a gorgeous area. Their were chairs in the closet for the beach, but not much in the way of toys. Also, the mop and broom desperately need to be replaced. Other than those two things, it was a great experience!

    We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The views were amazing! The condo was clean and had enough room for us all. The walk to the beach was short. We would definitely come back to stay here again!

    Overall our experience was great. The only problem was that our dryer didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed while we were there. The condo was beautiful and our time there was very nice.

    We arrived at the unit and found it to be clean and well appointed. There were items available that I’ve never had in a unit before, like beach chairs, boogie board, floats, and an umbrella. The unit itself was recently remodeled so it was in pristine condition. The location has a nice view (22nd floor). It was close enough to the beach to walk, but far enough away to not be listening to 98 traffic all night long. Great pools as well.
