Elegance and spacious design come together to offer you the perfect vacation experience at 1383 Laurel Grove.

This sea green colored home may look small on the outside, but opens up into an absolutely enormous house. The living room has a graciously tall ceiling, slanting upward, with plenty of space under the ceiling to host comfortable furniture, chic decorations, and bright colored interior design. The living room hosts an enormous flat screen television.

The kitchen has all new and updated stainless steel appliances, beautifully finished wood cabinets, and amazing granite countertops. The countertops provide ample space for preparing and cooking, and extend into a breakfast bar, perfect for extra seating. The all wooden dining table sports a beachy look with two chairs at the ends of the table, and bench style seating on the opposite side of the kitchen’s breakfast bar, and an additional bench nearby for extra seating if necessary.

The opposite side of the living room has access to the back porch, a wooden deck with a grill for grilling out, and a mix of comfortable chairs and lounging chairs looking out onto a beautiful lake. Follow the tiled floor back to the master bedroom, where a king bed, a desk with a television, and a chic dresser await on a hardwood floor. The desk also has a chair to function as an office if need be. The en suite bathroom has the same look as the kitchen with a tile floor, beautifully finished wood cabinets, and granite countertops, and an overall pristine white look from paint and linens.

The guest bedroom features an off-white, light blue colored room with chic furnishings from the dresser that holds the flat screen television to the night stands next to the bed. The matching en suite bathroom mirrors the other bathroom in many ways, particularly with a tiled floor, beautifully finished wood cabinets, and granite countertops; but this bathroom also has a glass door walk-in shower.

Enjoy the golf cart that is included for you to cruise around during your vacation, at-door parking, and a large community pool and accompanying hot tub.

    We loved everything about our stay. Super clean, great space, beautiful views and close to everything. The golf cart was perfect to drive to the numerous places all within 1.5 miles. The beach, The Wharf, grocery store, the harbor, shopping etc.

    My family and I stayed July 27-Aug 2. We arrived at our rental and I’m so pleased to say that the description was on point and then some. I absolutely loved the house we stayed in. Home came with all necessities for kitchen and restrooms and most importantly beach and pool toys. We drove in from Texas... and packed a little more than we should have. Actually pulled a small uhaul for all of our things (most of which we did not need - because as I stated the house came w mostly everything). Ok... downside (could not leave the uhaul in our driveway. But when I texted Vacation Haven they quickly helped me find a storage lot for it on the premises. And so our vacation began. The golf cart made it a breeze to get to and from the beach ... the pool (which was right across our back yard and of course the Baytowne Wharf.
    We completely enjoyed our stay. And we look forward to visiting again next year.

    We loved staying at this cottage in Laurel Grove! The golf cart made our stay so much nicer with 2 younger kids- we could run to Publix at the Grand Boulevard, go to the Wharf and of course the beach in just a few minutes. Everything was so nicely decorated and we are already planning our stay here for next year!

    Everything about this rental was great! House was quiet, walking distance to pool (and workout center), 7 min drive to Beach on golfcart, 5 min drive to Baytowne Wharf on golfcart, and easily located on HW 98 for those wanting to explore Destin on left and Seaside a little east. We also explored some natural parks in the area for hiking. The house was super clean. Floors, bathrooms, dishes, etc were clean and nice. I wuld recommend bringing additional laundry soap and trash bags, but there are several grocery store options nearby. Thanks for such great communication and a clean place to call home.     We loved how open and airy the home was as well as the amazing view from the back porch. The only quam we had was the small tv's in the bedrooms. We would definitely rent this unit again.

    We absolutely love SanDestin. This house was especially clean and so nice. Front and back covered porches, open floor plan from kitchen to great room, large windows with beautiful plantation shutters. Plus having the golf cart to go to beach,store, or shopping is an added extra.

    Working with MVH was efficient and professional though it had a somewhat impersonal, corporate feel. The mobile app they provide was quite helpful during our stay. We have found renting through property management companies to be hit or miss and prefer individual owners but overall pleased with MVH. The house was very clean and as described and shown in pictures. The view from the porch is a bit less attractive than shown but still very peaceful and nice. Interior of the house is very nicely decorated and we loved just spending time there in the mornings before heading out for activities. Beds were comfortable enough but pillows could use an upgrade. Kitchen well supplied. Basic beach gear also provided and sufficient for our needs. In general, that's the theme, all the basics are provided and everything as promised, but don't expect above and beyond. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towel, spices, etc. to supplement what is included. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would rent from this company again. Good value, good service, delivered as promised and a very enjoyable week.

    Property is in a quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean and has all amenities needed. Shopping close by and beach accessible with gulf cart. Will book again.

    Our place was clean, well stocked, and absolutely beautiful. We ran into a mechanical issue with the golf cart but they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! I have already been referring everyone I know to use them!! Will absolutely be using them in the future!!

    We are a family of 4 and had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful beach-like cottage. It was decorated perfectly and was so new with tall ceilings and doors. It had every convenience we needed and was in a perfect location. Beds were comfortable, AC cooled well, water pressure was great. We had some trouble with the golf cart, but the management company took care of it for us. We would love to come back and stay at this beach rental again. Thanks to the owners for sharing it with us.
