With four bedrooms and four bathrooms and space to sleep 13 guests, you’ll want for nothing in this incredible, stylish space! Never mind that there’s plenty of outdoor living space, sprawling golf course views, and two golf carts (both 6-seaters) for your convenience when you stay at Villa Lago 1865.

Enter the elegantly landscaped house from the paver driveway. Warm wood floors and cool blue accents marry nicely and invite you to feel right at home. The open-concept floor plan, tall ceilings, and walls of windows are perfect for entertaining and making memories. Kick back on the living room sectional and watch the flat screen TV or cozy up to the kitchen’s long counter bar and take a seat one of the 4 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Adjacent is the dining area where there’s an additional seating for 8 guests.

One of the home’s bedrooms is located on the first floor for convenience. There’s also a full bathroom on the first floor, which is a rare find in Villa Lago. For more sleeping space, the couch pulls into a sleeper sofa.

Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom. The space is outfitted with a king bed, a writing desk, a flat screen TV and private balcony access. The upstairs balcony overlooks the golf course. The en suite bath has a separate soaker tub and large walk-in shower and mini-flat screen TV. The second guest room has a king bed and a baby crib in the walk-in closet. There’s a full en suite as well. The third bedroom boasts a queen bed with a twin bunk bed that has a twin trundle. The third bedroom also has a full en suite.

This home has plenty of space everyone to spread out and relax. The downstairs back patio is a perfect area for entertainment. With two grills and plenty of seating, you’ll love kicking back and looking out over the lush golf greens. Of course, you’ll also love playing on them. Hop into the home’s 6-seater golf carts and head to the beach, the bay, or Baytowne Wharf!

    The house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and the staff at Vacation Have could not have been nicer. We had one issue and they were there within hours to make it right. This was our 2nd year renting a Villa Lago property and we will be returning

    My family and I stayed at Vacation Haven and we loved it. It was a total of 9 of us and we had plenty of room. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved it. We also loved having the golf carts. We was able to drive around and explore the beautiful resorts and the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

    Great house and great neighborhood. We could not find a key to 1 golfcart and issue was resolved very quickly. Fyi for those that book, keurig does not work, nespresso machine kind of works, they do have a reg coffee pot too. Dislay on stove does not work, at first we could not figure out how to turn oven off, seems like a fire hazard. Blender is also broken. If you plan on staying a few days or more, bring trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent, you get A trash bag, and two pods each of dishwasher and laundry soap. There is no salt or pepper etc. They do have pots and pans though. It would also have been nice to have more of a layout of the neighborhood ammenities...we just happened to stuble across the golf cart tunnel to the beach, which was great, but being our first time there we did not know about a lot that the resort had to offer. Can not stress enough that the resort community was perfect for families, we have 5 kids, teens to preschool and there was something for everyone. Very safe neighborhood. We will stay in Sandestin again!

    This was a perfect vacation property. Plenty of room, location on the resort, and easy access to the beach... having the golf carts to go to dinner and shopping were also a huge plus.
