Upstairs, in the master bedroom you will find a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and A flat screen TV for your late night viewing pleasure. The guest bedroom also has a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of twin bunk beds, and one with a pull out trundle twin bed. The bunk room also has its own connected bathroom so there is plenty of space for everyone.

    The unit was better than described. Comfortable and beautifully decorated and furnished. Staff with My Vacation Haven were very helpful with some “glitches” along the way. Our group of 4 adults and 2 children had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our get away vacation. The use of the very cool 6 seater golf cart was very helpful. I would recommend this rental.

    Our family had an amazing experience with the rental! The Villa is beautiful and was decorated with a seashore flair, and it was located near the pool and was very close to the beach. The golf carts were so wonderful to have while we were on vacation to get around the community and to go to the beach. We also loved the village shops and restaurants right near the Villa. Everyone is already looking forward to coming back next year!

    We had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, spacious and exactly as described. We loved having the golf carts and the beach closet was full of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. The Wharf is right down the street and has lots of great restaurants, shops and entertainment. The Beach is a short golf cart drive and is beautiful! Thank you My Vacation Haven.     Our Villa Lago rental was perfect for us. Plenty of space, great location, steps from the pool and a short golf cart ride to Baytowne shops, restaurants, children’s areas as well as the beach. The Baytowne area is great and the golf carts make getting anywhere you want to go so easy. Highly recommend it.

    The vacation rental was just as described. The only thing I would even comment on is the kids bunk room was quite small; smaller than I imagined from the photos. The golf carts were in good working order. We found lots of beach gear in the garage. The MVH staff was very helpful when we needed them.

    We booked a last minute stay in Villa Lago and it didn't disappoint. The villa was spacious, clean and decorating beautifully. We loved the extra perks such as 2 golf carts, 2 bikes, beach chairs and fire pit. My husband enjoyed his morning coffee sitting on the upstairs terrace "critiquing" golfers. LOL

    Family vacation at Villa Lago 1853 was wonderful. The home had everything we needed. It was very clean and well furnished. The only issue we had was the propane grill was empty, but after one call we had a new tank delivered within 1 hour. We liked it so much we have booked the same house again for 2021!

    The house was great and we had no issues. The bunks were perfect for mixing our two small families. (4 kiddos) The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The only downer was the golf cart issue. One of the main reasons for choosing this unit was that it had 2 carts and with two families, that is important. However the 6-seat cart had mechanical issues and we weren't able to use it. This made getting around with everyone more difficult, but not impossible.

    My family and I had a great time staying in this home. There was plenty of space for my wife and I, four grandkids, and my daughter and son-in-law. The place was very clean and we had pretty much every amenity we needed; i.e., beach toys, beach chairs, etc. Loved the golf carts and the pool was about a two minute from the house. Even got a chance to use one of the bikes for a morning ride around the neighborhood. Baytown Wharf was a big hit for the entire family. The resort property was beautiful! Lots to do in Sandestin We will be back.

    Great Place in a prime location - needs a little TLC

    We had a wonderful time in Sandestin. The Golf Carts were great and the location was easy to get to Baytowne Wharf, the pool, and the beach. The place easily accommodated our group of 9. The house could use some serious maintenance and / or new appliances. The dishwasher, clothes water, and grill were all in bad shape and we used them far less than we wanted to as a result. The golf carts worked but could also use some maintenance (especially steering and brakes). Overall we would rent again from My Vacation Haven in this development. We had an issue with the front door lock and they responded very quickly and got it fixed.

    We have stayed in Villa Lago twice for family vacation. Villa Lago 1853 is our favorite! We all said several times that this homeowner knew exactly what we would need, from beach toys to beach umbrella and two golf carts. And, of course, the house was amazing!!!     This home was so well stocked with everything we needed and loved the extended patio and two golf carts with out family of 8! We had a shrimp boil one night with 12 people in attendance and we had plenty of space, dishes, and out door seating as well. The bedroom layout was perfect for us and we were very happy to see the Tommy Bahama chairs(8) and two umbrellas for the beach!!

    We spent the month of February in this lovely home and couldn't have been happier. The kitchen was well stocked for any type of cooking or entertainment. Beautifully decorated! The bonus was the firepit on patio that we enjoyed in the evening. Already plans to come back next year!

    Because of hurricane Irma, we needed a home for 9. 3 of us were small children. This home was perfect. The furnishings were so beautiful I felt we had to be so careful not to hurt anything. Closets have a place a for shoes and soft hangers. Kitchen is stocked with beautiful dishes and bowls. We had to cook as nothing was open hardly due to the storm. Two golf carts made it fun the first day and the pool was only a couple doors down. We went to it once. This home is clean, and totally updated. It was such a comfort to stay here during a time of great stress. Tv's in every room, lots of towels. We could not have been more comfortable.

    This was a great place to stay for our family of 5 with three teenagers. There was ample room to spread out and the house was full of amenities. We had brought new beach chairs and umbrella, but the house has plenty of those for you to enjoy. Also, the two golf carts are awesome for a family who wants to go in two different directions. The house was tastefully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

    It is one of my favorite places to stay in Sandestin. My family and I have stayed at several properties in the area and for family living this is my favorite.
