This beautiful condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental located on the 7th floor of the newest condo building on the beachside of the Sandestin Resort, Luau. . It boasts modern furnishings, beautiful flooring, and private balcony with Gulf-facing views. As you walk in, you’ll be greeted by luxury décor and a full kitchen complete with appliances, Carrera marble counters, and breakfast bar for added seating. Grab your food and head over to the dining table or take a seat in front of the flat screen to catch a game or a great movie. From here, head outside to your rental’s sanctuary. This beachy gem has a private covered balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico! This is the best spot to have your morning cup of coffee or reflect on a great Florida beach day with an afternoon cocktail.

This rental is the perfect spot for a couple’s getaway or small family trip. It features a master bedroom with king bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. In the living room, you’ll also find a sleeper sofa for added guests. Sleeping up to 4 comfortably, you’ll feel right at home in this beachside gem!

From your condo, you’re just steps away from the lagoon-style pool and tiki bar, the iconic white sands of the Gulf, and all the local hot spots in town! About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     We have been renting from My Vacation Haven every year since we discovered them several years back. Will continue to rent from them. As usual, nice experience. Good communication and enjoy the app now. All information you need there including check in, out, door codes, etc. Nicely decorated unit, very clean, quiet building, easy parking. The starter packs they provide in the kitchen and bathrooms are appreciated.

    Nice unit for my husband and I. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Always appreciate the little starter packs they leave in kitchen and bathrooms. Our family has been renting from My Vacation Haven for the last several years and process is always easy and everyone we’ve dealt with has been wonderful. Will continue to rent from them.

    This condo and resort was absolutely amazing! The room was exactly as described and very clean! One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at! Perfect walk to the beach and close to everything. Very family friendly. This is where we will always stay. Also had a beautiful pool and a heated pool that was very clean also!

    We had a wonderful experience! Everything was as described, and the view was amazing! The location was perfect for us. It was close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, and other family friendly activities. The pool area was beautiful! We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and gorgeous landscaping.     Let me first say how wonderful the communication was leading up to our stay, what a nice resort gated secured entry, the bay town wharf is a amazing place, the beach was so clean and so close, the pool is great, the condo was so clean and comfortable, just a amazing place we will definitely be back over and over again, this place should get a 10 star!!!!

    The condo was exactly as pictured! Very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and having access to laundry facilities in the unit was great! The resort grounds are beautiful and the pool is amazing. It never felt crowded or loud. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. We spent mornings enjoying breakfast on the balcony, listening to the waves and watching the sun rise over the ocean. It was a very relaxing, and peaceful vacation!!! We will definitely be back!
