Welcome to the Tops’l community of Sierra Dunes, a low-key oasis for any beach traveler. Situated in the Tops’l Resort gated community, Knot Too Shabby abuts the Coffeen Nature Preserve which provides tropical vistas along with peace and quiet. Knot Too Shabby is a gem that boasts comfort, class, and convenience. This bayside treasure is a one floor, single family home, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This home provides everything you could possibly need on your next trip to Miramar Beach.

The home has a large kitchen with breakfast bar and a spacious dining area with 8-person table. Along with 2 living rooms, this open concept space is perfect for large family gatherings and snowbirds looking to entertain friends and family as they escape the winter months.

When it comes to loved ones, everyone will have comfort and space they crave. This home sleeps 8 comfortably, but may be able to accommodate up to 12. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with an attached bathroom. The second guest bedroom also has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with access to the hall bathroom.

Just off the living area, you’ll find the real reason to stay at this beachy treasure—a pool! Escape into tranquility as you enjoy your private oasis, screened and equipped with loungers, tables, and shade. Grill up a great lunch on your personal grill and make lasting memories with loved ones as you soak up the Florida sun.

    This is a wonderful place! Tops’l is a great Beach community with lots of amenities right there, prompt and friendly service, and a beautiful beach! This home is spacious, clean, and great for families. The pool is great and so convenient for young children and adults alike. Highly recommend!

    The pictures do not do this home justice! My husband and I, along with another couple stayed at Knot Too Shabby from October 16th, 2021 - October 22nd, 2021 and we LOVED it!

    The home and pool are spotless! The location to the beach is a super quick and easy walk down the sidewalk. Located in the garage we found a wagon, chairs, and a canopy for our day at the beach which was super awesome and convenient!

    We did take our own handsoap, spices, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, extra garbage bags, extra toilet paper/paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, k-cups, and beach towels "just in case" and we are glad we did. We're also happy that we decided to have the pool heated - we all agreed that this was a phenomenal (much-needed) option for October.

    This home is perfect for people of all ages and if you have the opportunity to stay here - BOOK IT - it will not disappoint! This home is magnificent and close to grocery stores, outlet mall, golf, and a ton of restaurants!

    Another super convenient thing to mention is the "trolley" (aka bus) you can call to pick you up at the house and drive you to anywhere on the property - including the bars and the beach!

    If we ever return to Destin, we would 100% rent this home again.

    Great vacation rental experience. Decor and location provided a relaxing atmosphere for 4 stressed-out ladies who missed out on their 2020 Girl's Trip due to COVID. We actually set up our own vacation "bubble", only leaving for a quick walk daily to the beach. We selected this property specifically for the private pool and calming blue decor. We prepared all of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Stand-alone ice maker was a pleasant surprise. We did our laundry on property during the stay. Everyone had a TV to watch if we couldn't agree on what to watch. Wagons and nice, sturdy beach chairs are on property, along with an easy-up beach tent. Pool floats also available. All beds, including sofa beds, are comfortable. There were 4 of us, but I can certainly say that up to 10 can be accommodated comfortably.

    Our stay in April 2021 was amazing. The house was more amazing than the pictures showed. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 teenagers and there was more than enough room. The private pool was the highlight of our stay. The beach was a short 5-10 minute walk. Upon arrival the house was spotless. We really did not leave the gated community as we had all we needed; pool, beach, and large kitchen and two grills. I cannot wait to visit again soon!

    The unit was very spacious and the covered heated pool directly out the back door was perfect for the cold weather. The refrigerator had to be serviced but they were quick to respond and repair.

    My family and I really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back again. Only downside the Blender did not work and we did not find out until Thanksgiving day after the blender was filled :( Other than that we had a wonderful time.
