This magnificent three-story Florida beach rental, with its 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (and included six-seater golf cart!) is an ideal retreat for up to 14 guests, making it perfect for large families or a gathering of friends. Seamlessly blending luxury and comfort, Happily Eva After is the epitome of the 30A lifestyle and your ideal vacation.

Happily Eva After has been thoughtfully designed with an elegantly shabby chic aesthetic, emphasizing both style and comfort. The heart of the home lies on the second floor, where you’ll find a stunning designer kitchen equipped with white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an elegant apron sink. The farmhouse-style dining area and plush sectional in the living space invite you to gather and create moments together in a setting that feels both luxurious and homey.

The Ultimate Hangout and Luxury Spaces:
The first floor transforms into the ultimate hangout spot with its posh lounge room, featuring two new queen over queen built-in bunk beds and a full bathroom. Step outside through the sliding doors to enjoy the sunny patio, complete with a grill for those delightful family cookouts.
Ascend to the third floor for an experience in privacy and opulence. The master bedroom suite is a sanctuary of decadence with its own balcony, cozy seating area, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite bathroom. Bedrooms three and four, each furnished with comfortable queen beds, share access to a well-appointed hall bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

About the Community of Prominence
Prominence on 30A wants to be a prominent part of your next vacation getaway! Prominence has a large community pool with arching fountains, zero entry for the little ones, and lush palm trees for that tropical feel. Feel free to cook up a delicious meal at the large summer kitchen by the pool after you work up a sweat in the complimentary fitness center located poolside.

This location is perfect for those looking to relax but still enjoy their vacation to the fullest. When you're ready for someone else to cook a meal for you, to listen to live music, or to do a little shopping, just walk across the street to The Big Chill, the newest location for fun along 30A. The Big Chill has a full stage, grassy area with chairs and sofas to watch live music, numerous eatery spots from ice cream to BBQ, and spots for a little shopping as well. Prominence is located on Florida’s beautiful scenic highway 30A, with the bike trail providing easy access to the beach, Seaside, multiple state forests, golf courses and more!     The house was absolutely perfect. It was clean, well stocked, perfect layout, and had the most comfortable beds/furniture. The house has a personal touch that makes you feel at home. The 1st floor is the bunk room, and all 5 kids loved it. Huge bathroom, great bunks, huge bathroom and an oversized bean bag chair that made it perfect for watching tv. The kids loved having their own floor. The 2nd floor is kitchen, dining, and living area. A beautiful table that will sit the whole family. A comfy sectional, 2 chairs, and the perfect porch. The 3rd floor had 3 spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms. The house comes with a golf cart, so it’s an easy ride to The Hub/big chill. You can even walk to the Hub. The Hub/big chill is perfect for families with kids. Lots of food, ice cream, and shops. We actually ate there every night, and it’s perfect because it had lots a good choices which makes it easy with kids. The neighborhood has 2 pools. One pool is a easy walk, and the other is a quick golf cart ride. The house is in a perfect location. The pictures on the website doesn’t do it justice. We have stayed at several homes on 30A, and this one is by far the best! Spacious, clean, comfortable , and has everything you could possibly need. Happily Eva After is the best place to stay ❤️

    My family of 5 & I had the best time at this place! We were surprised at how much space we had. How CLEAN it was! & just how much there was to do there-and All of it walking distance. Our fav was the open floor plan & living room sofas! My kids loved the bunked beds. A dream! Will definitely book this house again.

    This house is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not accurately depict how big the house is and the decorating is impeccable. It’s also immaculately clean! The location is perfect with The Hub within walking distance. It’s such a cute area to eat, drink or just hang out. You will live staying in this home!
