The stunning living room has a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the front courtyard and spacious back patio. The main level also features a spacious master suite, complete with a master bath that includes a claw foot soaking tub, separate shower, and two sinks.

The kitchen has natural stone counters, large windows overlooking the lush rear yard, and stainless steel appliances including a double oven. A beautiful, curved staircase welcomes you to the second floor complete with three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two outdoor balcony areas.

The location of this home is ideal. Not only are you a couple of blocks from those pristine Destin beaches, but you’re also walking distance to the Crab Trap Restaurant and just a stone’s throw from the best golfing, fishing, dining, and shopping on the Florida coast! For those lazy days you want to stay near home, enjoy the private community pool, hot tub, basketball court and tennis courts.

    This property was a perfect location for the beach and a beautiful gated community! The beach was AMAZiNG! The home was very large and spacious, including the bedrooms. Huge rooms. The outdoor patio was small and had limited seating. Kitchen was very big and had everything you would need for cooking! Great vacation.

    Overall beautiful home great location I would suggest that TVs ate put in the rooms up stairs and the 1 TVs up stairs should have a cable
