“Da” Beach House is a Mediterranean style home that offers tile and wood flooring throughout, high-end appliances, and beautiful décor touching every inch of the home. Congregate in the main living space on the second floor where you can cook up a great meal in the chef’s kitchen, enjoy a group dinner in the dining area, or take your food out the third floor balcony and soak in the Florida weather. With a spacious living room and open concept floor plan, this home is begging for large families and celebrations.

Speaking of large groups, this fabulous home can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. Each bedroom is decorated in full and features beautiful architecture, comfortable bedding, and flat screen TVs. On the first floor, you’ll find two guestrooms and a bunkroom for the kids featuring games and a TV. On the second floor, you’ll find another bedroom which is rounded out by the master on the third floor. This spacious suite features a spa-like bathroom, a separate loft space, and a spacious balcony with tables, chairs, and sofa seating.     We had a great time and loved Da Beach House. We have stayed in this neighborhood several times now and love the private beach! The pool is a great break from the sand and the house was very spacious for our group! Thank you for a great trip! Working with My Vacation Haven was very smooth and we greatly appreciate the starter packs the company leaves in the house for when you first arrive!! Great touch!!

    This house is perfect! Everyone was able to gather together, but still have their own space. This house was very close to the beach. It was clean and well taken care of. The nearby area has many choices for food and activities. We can't wait to visit back again!

    We have stayed at this rental 3 times. The upgrades in the house look great since last stay. The house is comfortable and the community is a favorite. Love being in a gated community with a private beach to be away from the crowds.
