Located directly on the lake, this pet friendly property offers two floors of comfy furnishings and private outdoor space. Soaked in beachy colors and relaxed décor, you’ll feel at home in no time as you enter the first floor. The unit offers an open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters plus a 6-seat dining room table with extra seating at the breakfast bar. The dining space opens to a spacious living room with flat screen TV and ceiling window panels for added light. The living area leads out to a back patio with views of the lake, ample seating, and BBQ grill. This is the perfect spot to grill up a nice meal and enjoy quality time with the ones you love.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and a washer/dryer. The master offers a Tempurpedic king bed, views of the lake, and en suite bath with tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom offers a Tempurpedic queen bed and twin bunk bed. The guest also has an en suite bath which means no one will be fighting over bathroom time.

The best part is the personal 6-seat golf cart that comes with the rental! Cruise the resort in style, scoot over to the community pool, or make your way to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for drinks, a great meal & live music.

Overall

Loved property. Would have given more stars but sliding door almost impossible to open. I have reserved this unit for June but if door not fixed I will change reservation. Otherwise great place and gorgeous golf cart.

The house is as pictured, in very good condition. The house location and golf cart are a plus!
We contacted the property management to change the grill propane tank during our stay and they were quick responding to it!

Awesome unit!

This is an awesome unit. Very spacious with a huge comfy couch big enough for the whole family. The kitchen is great with tons of cabinets, countertop space and kitchen appliances including an espresso machine that was a pleasant surprise. The unit is close to the pool that has plenty of lounge chairs to hang out on. The back yard seating and view was great, and we loved the awesome golf cart and close proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops. Another huge bonus was how clean the unit was. While this was our first stay at this property, we have rented through My Vacation Haven for several years now. They are extremely accommodating, and we are always impressed with their cleaning crews and condition of the units. Overall, another great vacation, and we look forward to coming back next year!

The unit was very clean and great location. This was our first time traveling with our puppy and young kids and it was a good and accommodating experience. My only complaint not complaint was prior guest dog hair on the couch. It wasn’t obsessive and one would expect some remnants as it is a dog friendly unit. It didn’t take away from the cleanliness of the unit. The golf cart was very convenient. We definitely plan to use the same company again as we frequent San Destin for a quick getaway often. There were no real issues with the unit or the SanDestin Resort.

Excellent Beach Trip

My wife, 2yr old daughter and I stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and well equipped with kitchen/bathroom items. The proximity to pool and beach is excellent. We used the golf cart multiple times a day to get around and it’s only couple minute ride down to the beach. The beach chairs/umbrella and gas fire pit were a nice touch. Beds are comfortable as well, which is always a plus.

We highly recommend this property...it is well equipped in every aspect..the patio out back was our favourite with a fire table and bbq...and watching th e fisherman catch lots of fish was fun ...it is about 50 yards to the pool _ never overcrowded...the golf cart is excellent - pretty new ...the staff at My Haven Vacation were excellent in solving a couple of minor problems ...no problems in our month long stay ..

We had a fantastic vacation! The townhome smelled so clean when we walked in. The golf cart was a great addition. The property is right by the pool and so many great choices to eat within a golf car ride distance. We will definitely be back with our puppies! Highly recommend!

The condo was great! Plenty of room for our family of 5. The golf cart was a huge bonus. It was so convenient to be able to take the golf cart to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. We had some not so warm days and having the heated pool just steps away was great. We would definitely stay again.

Less than a minute from the beach! Golf cart is awesome and convenient, didn’t use the car until we left for home. Watch out for bees in the beach toy deck box, but can’t complain because property management is awesome and responsive. Beaches are crowded, but it’s enjoyable still. I will definitely return!
