Bayshore Breeze is the beach house rental of your dreams! Located in the upscale Miramar Beach community, this elegant 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom bayside beach house will become your favorite Emerald Coast destination. This spacious home nestled on a quiet street sleeps 9, has ample parking, and has an incredible outdoors space.

Fall in love with Bayshore Breeze’s sprawling lawn that flows directly out from the spacious paver patio. The patio will be your favorite space; it has plenty of seating overlooking the verdant lawn, the tropical pines, your private boat slip, and the pristine bay beyond. You’ll love grilling and flinging open the living room and kitchen doors to allow bay breezes and an effusion of natural light to spill into the main living areas.

The main living space is open concept with tall ceilings illuminated by recess lighting. The kitchen has a long counter bar, stone countertops, and stainless appliances. Bonus features include seating and relaxation areas and a game table. There’s also a separate laundry space and a half bath with patio access.

The home’s four bedrooms provide additional space to spread out and unwind. The master has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private patio door. The decadent en suite features a large soaker tub, a double-vanity, and a walk-in shower.

The second guest bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over full bunk with a pullout twin trundle. The other two guest rooms are on the other side of the house and have queen beds. They share access to the other full bathroom.

It’s a perfect house in a prime location. At Bayshore Breeze, you’re only 5 minutes from Miramar Beach, but with the bay right out your back door, many find they just want to stay at their bayside beach home-away-from-home to play. Grab the family and play a match of Pickleball at the court about 100ft from the property! Pickleball set provided in the beach bin for guests.

We had an excellent stay at Bayshore Breeze. This is a beautiful house with a great view. Perfect place to take some pictures. We walked to and from the beach just because it was easier and parking in the area is not easy. It was just over a mile. While a lot may not want to walk that far, it really isn’t a bad walk. There are great local restaurants and easy access to Destin and the other nearby cities. Would recommend and would stay again in the future.

My family and I were very happy with our stay at the Bayshore Breeze house. We were gathering to go on a memorial cruise to scatter my mother's ashes in Destin Harbor. The location was quiet and beautiful, which is what we wanted and needed. We enjoyed being by the water and the magnificent views. The residence was very clean and close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to others!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Bayshore Breeze. Our family have vacationed in Destin on and off for the last 23 years, and this year's vacation was the best, as we were able to enjoy fishing in the backyard. We normally charter a fishing boat to go deep sea fishing, but we were able to relax and catch fish literally steps away from the house. The location was convenient to everything and it was very peaceful and quiet, which I needed as a retired educator and preschool director/owner. The home was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely try to rent Bayshore Breeze again for our 2024 family vacation.

Sitting on the dock of the bay

Getting up every morning sitting on the dock with a cup of coffee was the best way to start every day. It was a perfect view and perfect place to relax and begin the day. The house was set up perfectly for a group to enjoy time together. Lots of time was spent cooking in the kitchen with our group and everything we needed was available. The view from the dining room each night was so peaceful. The location of this property was easily accessible with everything we wanted to do (beach, bay, good food, golf) in close proximity. I highly recommend this property

This was our first stay in this beautiful bay-front vacation home. The view was amazing with a private pier and boat slip, as was every aspect of this impeccable and immaculate bay-front home. We had everything needed and more for our week’s stay. It was truly a special getaway…private yet only a very short distance to the beach. Decor and furnishings were extremely nice…including everything needed to prepare our favorite meals. Yet restaurants were only minutes away….very convenient location.love We definitely plan to return to Bayshore Breeze.

Absolutely perfect vacation. Mornings on the back patio as the sun comes up over the bay give you a certain kind of peace you usually only read in books or see in movies. The home immaculately clean and stunning on the inside. Super comfortable beds and a fully stocked "chef's kitchen." The location is ideal for a day at the beach or hopping over to the any awesome restaurants 30a has to offer. Or even better- stay in and cook out on the gorgeous patio and watch the boats and paddleboarders float by. I'm already planning on returning this summer !

This vacation home was absolutely the TOP vacation home we’ve enjoyed. It had privacy and yet was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and tourist spots all around the Destin area! You didn’t feel like a trapped tourist and yet you had all the amenities of a perfect vacation destination ! It is a must visit and already looking forward to our next trip there and staying again as this Bayshore Dr. Luxury vacation home delight!

Bayshore Breeze is spectacular! It was the perfect blend of 'close to everything, but seems remote and private.' The interior of the home is exquisite! The decor is light and bright with plenty of windows and plenty of room to cook and gather. The outside patios are perfect for gatherings or private reading. Every morning, I sat on the private dock to take in the endless water view and have private business calls. This place is a gem. It's a home, not a townhouse, and it feels so luxurious to experience the water in this way. It's also close to terrific restaurants, touristy shopping and regular shopping. Oh, and the front and back yards are perfect for family games, or even a wedding! I highly recommend for a personal or family getaway. Thank you Bayshore Breeze for helping me recharge!

This is the most lovely, well-laid out and appointed home! The dock is reason enough to stay (your own place to swim privately and easily daily is rare!) but the chef’s kitchen, charming bedrooms and spacious bathrooms make this home hard to leave. I simply love it!
