Unit 913 is a single story condo on the second floor that features a full kitchen with open concept living/dining space. This is the perfect snowbird winter home or a great option for a family getaway. The kitchen offers new appliances, ample counterspace, and extra seating in the form of a breakfast bar. With a 6-person dining table, you can cook for the whole family and entertain all your guests with ease. Next to the dining space is the living room which features new furniture, a flat screen TV, and access to the condo’s new deck. Overlooking the water, this outdoor space is the rental’s hot spot, perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, and long meals.

This bayside gem sleeps 6 comfortably, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for maximum comfort. The master offers a gorgeous king sleigh bed, small private balcony, and en suite bath with walk-in tiled shower. The guest room is equipped with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks, plus a full bath with tub/shower combo. There is plenty of room for all guests to have their own space on this beach getaway.

The best part of staying in Harbour Point is the location. You are literally on the golf course and you’re just minutes away from the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Miramar Beach! The Wharf offers food for all occasions, an adventure course for the kids, and shopping for all. When you’re ready to soak up that Florida sun, head over to Miramar Beach in your included 6 seat golf cart and dig your toes into the iconic sugar white sands and emerald waters everyone’s been talking about.

Located on a private cul-de-sac between the Choctawhatchee Bay and The Links Golf Club is the vacation sanctuary of Harbour Point.     Very nice place to stay. The kids really enjoyed looking over the pond and seeing the fish and turtles swim up. The golf cart made getting around the resort very easy. We would recommend this for vacation.

    Loved the location and golf cart. It was convenient to travel to the beach and other locations. The condo was clean and very nice. My only issue was that the tires were bald on the cart when we arrived. One eventually blew out which was scary but the support staff arrived and replaced the tires quickly. The AC also had some issues but the problem was quickly resolved. Great customer service and we will return. We loved visiting the village and had a great trip!

    We stayed at this condo for 3 months. There is nothing bad to say about the condo inside. The view from the large balcony is impressive and the very best part of the condo. The kitchen has everything you need. This was the best golf cart we have ever had with a rental. Unfortunately it has 19 steps to get to the second floor condo and due to medical issues we cannot rent this again.

    The condo was very welcoming. Everything looked great. Only thing that they did not have was iron for our clothes. Other than that we really enjoyed the location, comfort, our view and the golf cart that came with it.

    I came here for a getaway weekend with my mother and sister. I made the right choice because it was so fresh and clean... and the beds were so comfortable.The view over the water was so relaxing and we enjoyed watching the golfers!We also made the right choices for dinner. The Wine Bar has delicious food, as well as Marlin Grill. We will definately be back!

    We absolutely loved our stay here at 913 Harbour Point. The Sandestin community is a must stay when visiting the Destin, FL area. This condo had the best of both worlds - the beach and the bay nightlife scene. We loved being able to walk to the Baytowne Wharf and all it has to offer. The condo itself was extremely clean. We will 100% stay here next year!!

    This place was amazing! The view from the balcony was beautiful & the condo was very clean. It was very comfortable & felt like home away from home. We love the gated Sandestin community and the location provided a nice taste of the beach, golf course, and the village at Baytowne Wharf. Already looking forward to our next stay here!
