Comfort – double check! The property offers a master suite on the first floor and a second on the second floor for added comfort. Not to mention the truly vibrant, high-end furnishings filling the spacious, open floor plan to accommodate everyone in your group day or night.

    Absolutely perfect location foe 3 generations traveling together. This is the 2nd time we have traveled to Sandestin. Our villa was spacious and beautiful. The 2 golf carts were the best. We were able to tool around and enjoy every aspect of the community and have fun getting there. We will definitely go back again!

    Not only was this house beautiful, but it was in a great location for us, not too far from the wharf, main gate, shopping, beach access. We truly loved everything about our stay and the family time! Only downside was that the living room tv randomly stopped working and maintenance never showed to fix it.

    The house is very comfortable for a large family, plenty of room, lots of high end fixtures and comfy furniture. Two golf carts is a plus if you have a big family. There is plenty to do within sandestin, including shops, wharf, beach, places to eat, so you never have to leave the resort. I much prefer this area to Destin, which is very crowded. Home was really perfect, and rate is reasonable for the area.

    Our vacation rental is always on point. This vacation top them all. All we had to was go grocery shopping for the week and make our vacation itinerary. And then have fun all week. We always enjoy our stay in destin. Our property is conveniently located to the outlet so we could do all the shopping we wanted. As well as far as at least 5 minutes to 30 to amusement parks, boating, beach etc....

    Lovely space and plenty of it!! Stayed with one set of grandparents, spouse and three kids-- and the home was perfect. Also, it was wonderful to have two golf carts so our family could travel with ease and do different things. Kids loved riding bikes and taking the golf cart tunnel to the beach!

    The golf carts, and beach house made for a perfect family vacation. Everything was clean, and the villa had exactly what we needed for a great stay. We drove the golf carts to the beach, Publix, dinner---everywhere. We will be back!

    We rented 2 units from MVH this summer. I had 20+ family members with me and they needed to have nice comfortable setups for the week and this unit did not disappoint. Everything was clean, nicely appointed, stocked kitchen, linen closet, and a washer/dryer that saved our lives and allowed for lighter packing. Descriptions used for MVH have proved to be spot on and pics most of the time didn't do the unit justice. The community and location are perfect for any type of traveler. Golf carts are excellent ways everyone can go their own way. Shopping, restaurants, grocery store, fresh fish mongers, and beaches are all very close. We were here July 1-8 and found ourselves quite comfortable for the week. There was only one thing I could think of worth mentioning and thats the downstairs AC unit seemed not to be cooling as well as it should but maintenance came right away and gave me tips about keeping the shades down during the hottest part of the day and see if that helps and it did. I also could say that temperatures are also a matter of preference and I am hot natured. Maintenance came right away and was very nice and asked for permission to go upstairs etc I can appreciate speedy responses and courteous staff. I will certainly use MVH for bookings in the future. This is also our 4th time using MVH for our getaways.

    My family and friends absolutely loved this place! The location and Sandestin community as a whole was amazing. The unit was clean, well decorated, and simply beautiful. The convenience of two golf carts made zipping around a breeze. The commute over to the beach was reasonable and the proximity to the pool, Baytown Wharf, and other ammenities was great. I will definitely return to this unit in the future. The only complaints I have is that we didn't stay longer, and that we didnt have access to the bikes in the garage (owner's use only).

    Our rental was just what was needed for a family of 8. Plenty of room and space for all. The 2 golf carts made getting around a breeze both to downtown and especially to the beach. It was a great way to navigate the area.
