    Girls Trip 2023...wonderful trip

    Our annual girls trip we chose San Destin/Miramar Beach, FL. No husbands, children/grandchildren; just aunts and cousins age 50+ each! I have personally been to several meetings in area and stayed with Vacation Haven several times and I wanted my “girls” to experience the location and vibes. Condo was perfect for our group and very nicely kept up; with the only exception being that the screened in porch needed pressure washed. Very moldy and musty. We would have loved to have spent time out there, but several of us with allergies and asthma, not able to utilize at all. The golf cart was an added asset that we only drove to the beach once during our entire stay...weather didn’t cooperate for being at the beach too much. We will return...thank you again for great accommodations!

    We had a wonderful week. The only downfall was they were putting on a new roof and we were awakened very early everyday. I understand maintenance has to be done just wish they didn't start so early. We have little ones and needless to say they were up way to early, no sleeping in. The place was perfect just like the pictures. The golf cart made the trip to the beach and pools so easy. Enjoyed the pool over in Baytown, nice big pool with lots of tables and chairs. Can't wait to vacation there again.

    Tivoli 5292 is a perfect spot for a young family. Being on the beachside, you are a quick 3 min drive away in the awesome 6-seater golf cart. The golf cart also comes in handy for the many trips you will need to take to the bayside for food and nighttime entertainment. The owners have done a great job is updating and maintaining their residence. The master suite is spacious, and the walk-in shower is fantastic. Our boys loved the space in their room, with the 6 total sleeping spots. We look forward to another trip to Sandestin, and will be sure to pick Tivoli 5292 again.

    This place was absolutely gorgeous and looked exactly like the pictures. House was extremely clean and had all the supplies we needed to prepare meals and have a relaxing time away from home. We look forward to coming back.

    Had a wonderful time getting away with family. The property was well maintained with all the amenities you would need. One area that could be improved upon is the beach chairs and sand toys and umbrellas in unit 5292 Tivoli. The chairs were rusted and very hard to open, one umbrella was missing its pole and the boogie board Styrofoam was broken in half the smashball wood paddle was broken in half i am sure that you would have given us new product if i would have called, but i didn't think about it until i got home. all in all we will book again

    We enjoyed our stay and the rental VERY much for our 7th annual vacation away with a few friends and family! The large living space, kitchen and screened in porch were our favorite places to congregate and fit us all comfortably. In the master, some of the outlets need to be looked at by a certified electrician because half of them did not work. This unit came equipped with a grill, high chair and 2 pack-n-plays which were just what we needed but we were unaware of these items so packed our own instead, so it would have been nice to know ahead of time that these items were available in the unit.

    This rental home is very comfortably furnished and made our stay very enjoyable. The screened in porch is great with the cooler weather. The large golf cart made getting around super easy.

    Stayed at Sandestin several times and this was one of the nicest rentals. Clean, lots of space (the pictures don’t show how big it actually is), well stocked kitchen, master bedroom was huge and the shower super nice. Golf cart was a huge plus and in great condition. Loved to take it up to Starbucks every morning. Close to beach. Only downfall could be that the king mattresses are on the hard side and a bit uncomfortable but the unit is so nice I didn’t mind them. Screened porch is a huge plus too. Will definitely rent this unit again.

    My family vacations in Destin every year and we always stay at the Sandestin. Traditionally, we only book thru the Sandestin. This year, we saw a unit that we wanted to stay in (Sandestin, Tivoli) that offered a golf cart with the unit however it was only offered by My Vacation Haven. We took a leap of faith and booked thru My Vacation Haven instead of another unit with Sandestin. I was blown away with the AWESOME customer service. The representatives from the time of booking thru the time of checkin and during our stay was consistent, prompt and very helpful. The ease of not having to check in at the Sandestin Welcome Center was outstanding. We simply walked to the door of our unit, punched in the code we received and voila! The unit was well kept. Everything was in working order. We only had one issue that occurred during our trip..the golf cart got a nail in the tire. I immediately called My Vacation Haven and they had the tire fixed that same morning! The representative on the phone and the serviceman who responded to the call couldn't have been more professional. I'm an informed shopper. I read the reviews. For those of you who do the same, there's a few negative reviews from several years ago. From what I understand the company is under new ownership/management since that time. Our family took a chance to go with My Vacation paid off! We will definitely book with My Vacation Haven again and will recommend others to do the same!!!

    Overall good location, good golf courses, close to beach, shopping and restaurants.
    Only concern is the golf cart. It need immediate brake service and battery check. It's very difficult to make it stop and battery only last for 20min before you see significant power loss and drain.

    Upon arrival we found out this condo was flooded due to a leak in adjoining unit. Even though they were booked solid, Marydell went above and beyond to make sure we had a comparable unit until ours was fixed and helped us move twice. Thanks Marydell.

    Our family has stayed in houses on the Bayside of Sandestin for 20 years. This was our first Beachside experience and we loved it! The condo is beautiful and so well appointed. The golf cart was a blast. And our proximity to the pool, beach, basketball court kept my kids easily entertained. We will be back!

    We really enjoyed our time in Destin and especially coming home from the beach to a great unit. We would recommend the unit to upcoming potential guests.

    This is a great place to stay with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The open floor plan of the living room/kitchen/dining area is large and spacious to accommodate all your family and friends. There is also a golf cart that makes it easy to get around the complex. The property is close to the beach and is just a quick drive over to get to the Village/Bay side area.
    My only concern was that while the property looked clean upon arrival, there were lots of dead bugs found in many corners of many of the rooms and the dining room light was full of cobwebs. I'm not sure the place was spruced up prior to our arrival. Also, If you come with big coffee drinkers, then bring another coffee-maker because the 5 cup maker provided just didn't cut it for adults who like to drink coffee in the mornings. Also, there was mixed information given over the phone from the main office as to where we were supposed to actually place our garbage. Two of the burners on the gas range wouldn't light and the vacuum cleaner didn't work properly either. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I prefer to stay somewhere that I don't have to clean upon arrival in order to enjoy the week.

    The condo was very spacious and nice but not easy to find. There were some dead bugs laying around and a few live roaches. The golf cart that came with this unit was not in good shape, ie., back tires were bald, the brakes were bad and the battery did not last very long. The trash pickup was almost nonexistent. We won’t be renting this particular condo again.

The golf cart receives regular maintenance but we will absolutely look into this feedback to see how we can make that better! The trash pickup happens daily by rolling the trash can to the end of the driveway, according to the homeowner's association's request.

    Spacious condo with a full kitchen. Screened in porch with plenty of room to fit 8 people. Golf cart was a huge plus! It was nice to not have to get in the car to go a short distance. Property management was prompt when we had a quick question about the fridge. Highly recommend this condo as well as My Vacation Haven. This is the second time we have used this rental company and we will continue to book through MYH in the future.

    This location was excellent for all our needs---our family of 5 came for visit--2 adults,2 teenagers and one child!!!! They loved EVERYTHING!!!! -We loved the floor plan of the villa--great for entertaining--and very comfortable for all our needs!!!!!
