Offering 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, this vacation haven sleeps 22 comfortably. The master bedroom has private desk and work area for those working remote. The kitchen can feed the whole group offering two ovens, multiple refrigerators, and two dishwashers. Slice of Paradise even has two laundry rooms to make long-term stays feel like home. The garage has even been converted to a temp controlled area with a TV plus a ping pong table for a great space to play and hang out! This home is also prime for the tech lovers with high speed internet and a full house sound system, controllable from every room.

While you can catch some rays on any one of the spacious balconies, head downstairs to your very own private pool for a night swim or relaxing afternoon under the Florida sun. The pool area is fully lit and equipped with pool chairs and a luxury outdoor sofa, plus an outdoor projector with sound. However, just steps away are the sugar white sands and emerald waters you’ve been craving. Grab some beach gear from your complimentary stash and spend the day soaking up those Florida rays. Perfect Beach House!

Overall

The house was perfect for our large family. Kitchen is spacious and allows for multiple people to be cooking at the same time. Kids loved the video games and ping pong in the garage. Elevator was super helpful for unloading groceries and suitcases. Also there are plenty of beach chairs and toys in the garage as well. Super close to the beach entry!

The place was great for the family very well equipped for anything for a good vacation It was great way better than the pictures and the weather was great definitely try something like this next year hopefully the same place. I love how I had an elevator for my mom's disabilities easy for her to walk around the house more comfortably the beds were great and very spacious plus I love the balconies on the second and third floor

Our family had a great stay overall and I would recommend this place/area to others.
Pros: Incredibly close to the beach/beach access, very clean, kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of beach toys supplied, private pool with access to community pool, large balconies, plenty of room for our extended family, rental company was mostly responsive, home was very nice and pretty well-maintained.
Cons: Pool was smaller than it looks in photos, pool heat (which we were paying extra for) went out multiple times, water pressure is very low and if more than one source is running at one time-there’s pretty much no water, most of the balcony doors wouldn’t lock (and weren’t locked when we arrived) which was not great for little kids, video games pictured in garage were out of order, grill wasn’t hooked up to gas line until the day before we checked out. Most of the cons are minor and wouldn’t keep me from returning.

This could have possibly caused the pool heat to seem like it was not working as effectively as it would have if temperatures were more normal for this time of year. We had a great stay! We were traveling with three other families and all of our young kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is much closer to the beach than we thought. We knew it was just across the street but did not know it was less than 50 yards or so from the beach access. That made it really easy to take all the kids and gear. Overall great stay and we’ll be coming back. This was our third trip with the same group to Miramar and this was by far the best house.

Great house in an excellent location. This was perfect for our first visit to the Destin area. House was clean and ready upon checkin. Quick access to beach and walking distance to coffee shop and surf shop nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

Slice of Paradise was a great choice for our family vacation this year ( June 2021)
0ur adult kids and grandkids loved the house and its close proximity to the beach and nearby stores and restaurants. Since many flew in, we had a shortage of cars but everything we needed was there. Beds, kitchen, baths and great living room were fantastic. With the help of My Vacation Haven, we made a great memory. Thanks

The elevator was a plus when we brought in luggage and/or groceries! I reached out to the host a couple of times and they responded quickly. This house was amazing and more than we expected! I will most definitely book with My Vacation Haven and book this house again if I have a large group. Everything was PERFECT! Amazing vacation!

I loved this house. We had 7 adults, 7 teens, & 6 children. The location was great and close to many attractions. You could see glimpse of the beach from the balcony. The Silver Sand Outlets was 6 miles away from the house. My family and I loved it!

A Emerald Coast Dream

I don’t even know where to begin with my review because we had such a wonderful stay. This house is PERFECT! We had a large group and no one every felt cramped or like we were running out of space. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals, the two ovens were perfect. The house has everything you would need for a stay from towels, kitchenwares, etc. The elevator was especially handy when we had a ton of groceries to bring in. The outside balconies are perfect to watch the sunrise/sunset with plenty of room to enjoy a meal or happy hour. The location is fantastic as well - close to a coffee bar, winery, sundry shop and restaurants. We walked to dinner one evening and it was just lovely. We have already decided this will be an annual destination for us - we cannot wait to go back!

We had so much fun! Firstly, the house feels brand new as it was just remodeled, very modern and "light" feel which is awesome for the beach. The location is just steps from the private beach access, so it is easily walkable and the view is amazing. Overall, very fun and relaxing experience. We will be back for sure!

Across from the private beach which was a must during this pandemic. Beautiful neighborhood in back for a bike ride. A few kinks to work out on all the new appliances and punch list from the renovation. Overall an excellent house.

A perfect location for our family. We have ten adults and five grandchildren (12- 1).The home is spotless, huge and we loved everything about it. Everyone had privacy and the kitchen living area was great for gathering. The small pool was wonderful for the children. The beach is gorgeous. Liked the location. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived to an impeccably clean and inviting space. The decor, placement of furniture and ease of feeling right at home were excellent! I feel the rental company did everything within their power to make this house top notch! However, because of the Hurricane Michael there was a mandatory evacuation issued Monday night and we had originally planned to leave Thursday morning.

We were very happy with our stay at Slice of Patadise. The location is wonderful with easy beach access. The house was clean and well equipped. We loved the open living space and the elevator was a welcome plus! We had a couple issues with a broken shower door, leaky kitchen faucet, etc. The issues were taken care of in a couple days. The only real disappointment was the extremely small pool, however, the community pool was very nice! We would definitely recommend Slice of Paradise to our friends.
