Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. Enjoyed the Luau. But the vacuum cleaner in unit 7033 wouldn’t pick up andything off the carpet. Turned it over and gagged at what i saw...looked like years of all colors of hair wound around the vacuum brush roller. Carpet is old but appeared clean. Needs to be stretched tight as there are wrinkles in multiple locations in the condo.Cant beat the view of the beaches out of the unit

We are snowbirds staying for 3 months. My Vacation Haven has been responsive to anything we have needed. We really enjoy the view we have from both units and the balcony is very nice. The lockout is different but works for us. I find the kitchen very small for a long term rental and the couches and chairs very uncomfortable. Both of which would be not important to an active family here for a week's vacation.

We've stayed at several different condos at Luau, and this one as nice or nicer than the others. There's plenty of room for four people, or more if you have kids. The balcony is nice and large, with decent views of the beach.

We have now stayed at Luau I & Luau II and I have to say, this was our favorite! The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My only complaint is the balcony furniture needed a little updating. We had 4 adults and there were only 3 outdoor chairs (one of which was damaged).

It was in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurant. It was clean and had plenty of bath towels. The WiFi worked well and there was plenty of cooking utensils. The only thing needed in the condo was more toilet tissue. We ended up running out. I would definitely stay here again with my family

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for a family of 6. We loved having access to the owner’s closet with beach toys, chairs and umbrella. The location was perfect.

The only thing we’d love to see would be more furniture on the balcony (there were only 3 chairs and no table) because having a meal out there would have been nice. Also, the mattress in the suite on the sofa bed needs to be replaced (springs are sticking out and the kids were uncomfortable while they slept).

We would highly recommend these units and we will love to rent here again!

I never give any reviews, but this time I feel like I must. The location is perfect, grounds are so clean and well maintained. Love that everything is within short walking distance, or shuttle is available if needed. The condo was clean, updated furniture, very well maintained! Beach chairs/umbrellas/kids toys available in storage which was sooooo useful to us! Condo with amazing views of the gulf! Will definitely return soon and stay here!

We loved the room. Great beds and quite. The view was beautiful. Location was great. Wish beach towels and chairs and umbrella came with room. That would have been a great add on benefit.

We have stayed at this resort four times and we love the location. Our second time in the Luau II building. I loved the fabulous view and setup of the unit. I feel like some of the furnishings are a little warn and unit could use some touchups.
Overall very pleased. Short walk to the beach.
Would stay here again for sure.

The condo is very nice and has great views from both bedrooms and balcony. The large table shown pictured on balcony does not exist. We were expecting to be able to sit outside however the only table was a very small side table with a few chairs. When we arrived the sofa couch cushion covers were missing. I called the management company who explained that they were being cleaned and would be returned shortly. They were brought back as promised. The free tram is a fantastic benefit and will take you anywhere in the resort. We took it several times over to Baytown Wharf. The beach is walkable distance from the condo but does require you to go down several flights of steps. The pool and hot tub are nice but close at 10pm so be aware. We ate at the beach house located overlooking the beach and really enjoyed the food. The fish tacos were delicious. Overall it was a good experience. Sandestin is a beautiful resort with exquisite grounds and lakes. A very nice place for walking/biking to explore the area.

We stayed at this condo for spring break 2018. The unit is clean and well-equipped. It’s great having two separate rooms if you have older children. The view is very nice if you don’t mind seeing other buildings before the gulf. The kitchen is small as you would expect, but everything works well and we cooked several meals. Washer and dryer work great. Overall, a nice well-equipped Condo in Sandestin . In fact, this is our second you’re staying in this unit in a row.

We stayed here for 5 days during our trip to Florida and it was wonderful!! It was clean, well decorated, well maintained, spacious and had so many amenities! The view was beautiful too! There was even a firework show one night and we had the perfect view from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!!

Spring Break 2017 - April 1 to 8. Unit was clean and well maintained. Everything was in working order. Management company was very helpful - although we really didn't need anything. Good views from balcony - East, southeast and south. 10th floor gave great view to the gulf.
