The well-appointed décor and furnishings in this Luau accommodation are only enhanced by the spacious layout and stunning vista. The condo features a large living and dining space with comfortable leather sofas and new flat panel television for family and friends to gather and entertain. And, the fully equipped kitchen has all the gourmet tools you need to whip up a great meal. The main suite offers a master bedroom with private bath and sleeper sofas for most guests to sleep peacefully, while a separate but adjoining suite provides a king bed and sleeper sofa. Also featured in the separate suite are a flat panel television, living and dining areas and kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge.

A stay at Luau includes many other amenities as well. About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans.     It is obvious the owners made an effort to tastefully update these units. The floors are very nice the colors very calming and beachy. We like beachy. The furniture is good (we've stayed in some where it was terrible), the TV's updated and the kitchen pretty well set up. The east facing view is beautiful and we enjoy the large and numerous windows. The view from the lock out is disappointing, but we don't spend a lot of time there. A recliner would be nice.

    First time staying at Luau

    This was the fist time staying at Luau. We have previously stayed at a near-by condo for many years. The property is well kept and the pool was great for my kids. They really liked the grotto and waterfall.
    The rooms were clean and comfortable. Even though this condo is not "on the beach" it is a short walk to it. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend Luau to my friends and family.

    This condo is beautiful and was very clean! There was plenty of room for my group. The walk to the beach is not difficult and I really appreciated the chairs/ beach supplies provided. I didn’t come to the beach to cook so can’t comment on kitchen supplies. It was perfect for us. The management company was very responsive so no complaints there. We had an issue with the AC in one room on our last day. I am sure it will be fixed. I would come back to this condo.

    Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it to friends/family. We would be more than happy to stay in this same unit again. I just have a few minor suggestions...the couch and chair cushions in the living room need some love...it would be nice to have a baking sheet, pot holders, an oven mitt, and a few grilling tools (especially since the grills are so nice). Other than that, the stay was perfect! Thank you!!!

    This was our third trip to Destin and our first time renting through My Vacation Haven. The property Luau II 7021/7023 was perfect for us. My husband and I stayed in the smaller unit and let our daughter's family of five stay in the larger unit. I was pleasantly surprised how well the noise was blocked in our unit. We appreciated all the pool toys and the beach chair that was provided. I had to contact MVH once for an electrical issue and they answered promptly and helped me solve the issue. By all means download the app for MVH. Check-in and out were super easy. We were happy with the Luau and love their pool and the fact it's a very short walk to the beach.

    Very roomy with great view. We especially enjoyed the pool area. Just a short walk to the beach paved walkways make it easy.
