Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. Property location was perfect. View was excellent. Property was as advertised. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the shower curtain (needed to be changed) and the couch. Which had a bunch of visible stains. It just needs a good cleaning.

The place was clean when entering; and the view is great. You can see the ocean from the bedroom and living room. The only thing we found was a stain on the bedroom mattress sheet. The cleaning person came and gave us new mattress cover same day we noticed it. So service was quick. Only thing I’d suggest to the owner is to upgrade the TV to a smart TV. Other than that we’d stay there again. It was quiet and comfortable. Beside the notice of a stain on the sheet; it was clean and hospitable. I’d give it a 4.7.

Very clean and spacious one bedroom with gorgeous views. Easy to check in and park. The management could have provided a map and information for the whole SanDestin Golf and Beach Resort area for us to check out. The beach was beautiful but overcrowded. Fortunately there's plenty of beautiful beaches in the area to explore. Overall, it's a wonderful experience.

Truly enjoyed our stay. The Room was very clean. The pool area was nice and just a short walk to the beach. My Vacation Haven staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Great communication from them. My wife and I had originally booked our stay at the Beachside II but had to be moved because the building started construction on the outside of it during the time we was staying there and my Vacation Haven contacted me and had a couple of condos/rooms that were available for us to select from. Had a great experience and wonderful time. Thank you!

My wife and I had a great vacation experience here. We felt safe and secure within the gated community and we found our room easy to access due to the detailed instructions from our host. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and even came with some kitchen and bathroom products that were complimentary. The beach wasn’t very far at all from where we were staying (easily within walking distance). The water was absolutely beautiful for us that weekend just topping off our entire experience. We would definitely come back to this place and highly recommend this to anyone.

The stay was great, we have stayed in this condo 2 or 3 times before so we really like it.The matress needs to be changed out,its very noisy and crunchy.The refrigerator was making aa loud whistling noise from the freezer that woke us up, very wierd. Those are easy things to address other than that,it was a perfect!!.

Everything pretty much went well. Room was nice and cleN and smelled like it just been thoroughly cleaned when we walked in. We enjoyed that the parking was really convenient to the building. The beach stuff was nice to not habe to pack and bring, having it right there to use. Only issue we had was the keurig didn't work but communication was timely and they brought us a brand new one the next day.

Awesome location, the beach was amazing and the grounds were well kept.
The view from the unit was beautiful and the balcony was a wonderful place to have morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed to make some meals.
The bed was a bit soft but otherwise it was comfortable unit. If we come to the Destin area again we will definitely look to book this unit again.

We loved Luau 7607. It was perfect for our family of four (our boys are teens). It's exactly as it looks in the pictures. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The décor is as fresh as it looks. We enjoyed it's location to the pool and beach. Management checked in through text to make sure we had what we needed. They responded quickly when we had a question. We would definitely choose this location on our next trip.

Everything was clean and well done. The view is nice and with a short walk to the beach the location is perfect. If you are staying for a week or more you could have difficulty finding space in the kitchen for food storage but there was plenty of dishes, etc.

The facility was very well stocked in kitchen. The view was great. The room quiet and comfortable. The bed and hideabed was very comfortable. Our on!y complaint would be the metal stools for the bar and the metal chairs for table. They were hard and cold to sit on for very long. We enjoyed the covered garage on rainy days which there were a lot of them. We hardly met many people on the elevator so being on the 16th floor was never an issue. We would stay in the condo again if the chairs were changed to more comfortable seats.��

The location, along with the view, were really great! The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of four. The only negative thing to say was that the washer/dryer unit was a bit loud. The app used for check in and details was so easy to use! We were very pleased with this unit!

This was our second time to Luau towers! We love the views (especially this time), the accommodations, simplicity of booking, closeness to the beach, and the list goes on. All of these special things made our family vacation memorable and fun! We will definitely be back to this AMAZING little oasis! Luau 1 room 7607 is just PERFECT!!

WONDERFUL!! My wife and I needed a break! Lots of stuff going on in our life. This was a wonderful break. Very relaxing. Close to everything we wanted to do including one of our favorite upscale restaurants. Will do again!! LIFE IS GOOD. THIS TEIP MADE IT EVEN BETTER
