This charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located in the community of Beachwalk Villa. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and is fully equipped for staying in and cooking a home cooked meal. The first level contains the kitchen, living room with patio access, dining area and a half bath. Sit outside on the patio and enjoy views of the neighborhood lake. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath and the guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

Beachwalk Villas are located on the shores of Horseshoe Lake and on the beach side of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Beachwalk Villas are two story villas that have private patios overlooking the lake.

Parking available in front of the villas, beautifully landscaped pool area and fishing are are located right out your back door. You can enjoy the wildlife from your living room sofa. Conveniently located next to The Market Shops and approximately a 5 minute walk to the Gulf beaches.

    My husband and I loved this townhome. It was decorated very beautifully and it was very clean. The photos are spot on! The kitchen is very well stocked, great for cooking and serving meals. The pool was only a few steps away. Unfortunately it wasn’t heated as stated, so we couldn’t swim, the water was to cold. The beautiful beach was only a short golf cart drive away. We also loved taking the golf cart to the many amenities on the bay side too. We would definitely stay here again!

    Me and my family loved our stay at the Beachwalk villas. All of the amenities where very close, just a short golf cart ride away. The property was very well kept and clean. We will definitely be back.

    Our rental was great!! Clean and nicely decorated! Close to the pool which is a plus for us... The only problem was it rained every single day! That put quite a damper on our vacation! That’s not your fault! We will be back next year praying for better weather��

    Everything was great in our unit. We were really Blown Away by the presentation of the town home. The kids absolutely loved using the golf car and the property management was very responsive every time we had an issue. We will definitely stay there again.

    My family of 4 had a fabulous time at our Beachwalk Villa! Great location within the resort, easy access to the pool, golf cart allowed fun and easy access to the beach and other resort amenities. Villa was well-equipped.

    The condo was in a great location, with a peaceful amd quiet patio area facing the lake , we spent many mornings enjoying our coffee out there. If you love to fish, many condo visitors were out fishing daily with their kids. The condo was very clean and in good shape. We did deal with the rental company twice to answer some questions they were spot on! We usually stay in the village when we come amd really enjoyed being on the beachside. The golf cart was so much fun, so quick to get down to the beach, to the village and all around Sandestin. The condo pool is just a few steps away, it’s very big amd clean. Enjoyed it on our cloudy days! I totally would recommend this condo!

    Loved this villa, location and staff. Everyone was extremely helpful. The property was beautiful, location is ideal for what I wanted and needed for this trip. I would highly recommend renting the villas at Sandestin. A definite return for another get away.

    Myself and 3 of my bridesmaids booked this villa after running into several issues trying to plan a bachelorette during COVID. I am honestly so thankful things worked out the way they did because we absolutely LOVED this villa. It was quiet and had everything we needed! The golf cart was a HUGE hit and we loved that we could take it to the beach, across the street to Baytowne Wharf, and even Publix! Would 100% stay here again -didn't want to leave! haha!

    We were very pleased during our stay, the beds were very comfortable. We cooked everyday and found the kitchen to be equipped with all the essentials and more. We really liked the location and proximity to the main street for getting in and out of the resort. The pool was 10 steps away and sooo convenient for the kids to access while being close to home. The golf cart was a huge plus! We will only do units with golf carts now, it added a special experience and convenience to our vacation. Very good location and short cart ride to the beach access. As well as a nice stroll to Baytowne Wharf. Loved the outside vestibule to store our beach stuff daily and not have to bring it in the house. We liked the tile floors and hard wood and glad it was not carpet. The only downside was the kitchen table, although nice size the chairs were cumbersome to move and get around. Also, there are alot of decorations and breakables we had to watch out for and put away from my toddler. Overall we will vacation again very soon in the Beach Walk Villas!

    Condo Rental during the time of Corona Virus

    We enjoyed our stay at this unit at Beachwalk Villa. Everything was as it appeared in the photos, except there were no lounge chairs on the patio. The view from the patio is simply beautiful. Since we were there during this Corona Virus quarantine time, we spent all of our time on the patio because the beach and pools were closed. Luckily the weather was spectacular so we enjoyed going for walks, riding around in the golf cart and reading on the patio.

    The management company that takes care of this condo was very attentive. The manager called to check in and see if everything was good and if we needed anything. We have stayed at many rental condos and Airbnbs and have never had the property manager call to check in with us.

    This unit is very nice and spacious. Great place for a family. We couldn't go on the patio because there is a lot of grass and flowers so there was also several lizards. Other than that I couldn't have asked for a better rental.

    We enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to stay here. We have a family of four which includes two small children. The kids enjoyed the golf cart which is a must at the Sandestin. Otherwise, you have to wait on the tram and the destignated stops. The condo is located right next to the pool which makes for an easy walk. We only used the kitchen to cook breakfast but it had everything you need. The couch was not comfortable to sit on but thats usually the case with sleeper sofas. Not really a big deal because we didn't spend a lot of time inside the condo.
    Our only complaint about the Sandestin is the crowded beaches. Otherwise, the resort was nice and offered a lot of activites for kids at the Baytowne Warf. We ate at Provisions one night in the resort and it was good. Sit on their back deck for views of the marina. Otherwise, we would recommend Acme Oyster House for oysters which is about 2 miles from the resort. Lulus and Boshamps were also good. The kids loved Fuddpuckers to feed the alligators but don't waste your time eating there. The food is terrible. We enjoyed Big Kahuna one day. The park needs some updating but we all had a good time.

    Stay was excellent. The only complain is the internet as it would go out a lot. I had to call the internet company to reboot and they ere good to do it. Internet would go out for 3- 4 hours at a time. I really enjoyed to villa and lol forward to coming back next year. The villa was clean and enjoyed the space of the villa. We like it a lot that we have possible 3 more couples coming next year

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sandestin Resort unit 5127G. The unit was exactly as described and the golf cart was wonderful to use to get around the resort. Loved the My Vacation Haven app as it made it easy to receive check in and departure instructions and also provided helpful information about the resort. The unit is centrally located making it easy to get to the beach as well as the bay side. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Destin.

    Beachwalk Villa 5127 met or exceeded expectations in every area (*have vacationed at Sandestin 5 times). We normally stay at a beachfront condo, but actually enjoyed Beachwalk Villas over high-rise condos or the chain hotel. 5127 location is actually by the pool (geo-coords/’plot’ is incorrect on some sites). Golf cart turned out to be a must for us. Was initially concerned with age property, but unit and entire Beachwalk Villa property is well maintained. Highly recommend!

    We really enjoyed our stay at Beachwalk Villa 5127 and my little ones really loved the golf cart! This unit had everything we needed and made our stay very comfortable. The towels were plentiful, the property was clean and the staff at My Vacation Haven were top notch in accommodating any questions, concerns and needs we had. This is the perfect unit for a family and very nice if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the tall towers near the beach. It's still close enough to get to the beach when you want to.

    Excellent stay. Very clean great view. Very clean and nice condo. Hunter at my vacation haven was very accommodating. Golf cart was great.
