    Sandestin, FL is a beautiful place to vacation. The grounds were well kept and this condo was beautiful! The condo was very clean and located in the perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful. I love the fact we had a golf cart to navigate the grounds and get to the beach. I will definitely stay again!

    We had a great time on our trip to Destin! Condo was beautiful! We did have an issue with a drip from the ceiling in the kitchen, and when we messaged about it, they had someone out right away to look at it. Just an overall great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

    Our family of 6 loved this house so much we didn’t want our stay to end. The house was perfect size & was immaculately clean! Beds were comfy! And toms of beach toys and chairs for everyone. The golf cart was very handy, we barely used our car while we were there! We can’t wait to come back to this house!

    This townhouse was perfect. The location was especially exceptional. Steps away to the pool & a short golf cart ride to the beach access. Beds were very comfortable too. The only thing I would suggest is to update their pots & pans. Some of the Teflon on the pans were coming off or were chipped. Other than that the townhouse had plenty of dishes, silverware & glasses. Great decor and was a very relaxing place to vacation. We made some great family memories.

    Wonderful location, impeccably decorated with all the touches of home. Great location, nice walk or quick golf cart ride to the beach and many attractions. This unit sits on the “beach side@ of highway 98 in a quiet little neighborhood. Only disappointment with Beachwalk Villas is no jacuzzi @ the pool but that is an HOA issue not this owner.

    Highly recommenced! The condo was decorated very nice and perfect for 2-families. Each room had king beds and room for young kids to sleep on bunk beds or on the floor. Downstairs is pull out bed if you had teenagers. The golf cart was great and rode that 95% of the time. Bring a fishing pole to do some relaxing catch and release off the patio. Condos has chairs and toys to take the beach.

    This is the place to stay. The condo was in very good shape, decorated beautifully. The outdoor grill was perfect for the afternoon snack (hotdogs) or your steaks and fresh fish for dinner. The gated community made you feel safe. The landscaping was beautiful! The golf cart was a very good convenience getting back and forth to the beach.

    Overall, our stay was fantastic! The condo was renovated and decorated beautifully! The beds were quite comfortable which is a big deal for us! Getting to and from the beach was a breeze with the gold cart and the condo is very close to the pool. The only complaint is there was a ironing board, but no iron to be found so that was a bit frustrating. Other than that, the amenities were as expected, nothing more, nothing less. We felt at home for the week we were here and we very much enjoyed our stay. Also, I must add My Vacation Haven was a dream...they were very responsive and courteous with each correspondence.

    We had a great stay at this villa. It is beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. The coffeemaker wasn’t working upon arrival but we informed the rental agent via email and within 2 hours a new coffeemaker was delivered to the unit.

    An older unit (1970 era?) but nicely updated. Very private. Newer and well coordinated decorations but a bit overdone. New s/s appliances. Excellent beds. Really small but serviceable bathrooms except for a Delta mixing valve in guest room tub/shower that should have been replaced years ago. Adult height toilets. Quiet and efficient heat pump. Doors and windows leak air badly, i.e. drafty. Close the bedroom doors during the day to keep the winter heat from rising. Nice golf cart and plenty of parking. Good Wi-Fi. Good TV's. Comfortable pull-out sofa in living room for watching television. Helped neighbor land a six pound large mouth bass in adjoining lake.

    Perfect location and very welcoming space. All very up-to-date finishes with a modern beach finish. The Villa was exactly what we were looking for. Recommend for anyone! Anything we needed (restaurants, beaches, grocery options, etc) was within a few miles and the golf cart was the icing on the cake. Hope to stay here again!

    We traveled from Texas to Florida for Spring Break and let me just say, this place is BEAUTIFUL! Very well decorated, perfect size for our family and just felt very homey! :) We slept in EVERY.SINGLE.MORNING. which tells you the beds were sooooo comfy! We loved that they had everything for the beach (sand toys, chairs, etc...) all outside that way you didn't have to track sand everywhere. Oh! And we loved the golf cart! Especially our kiddos! It was so convenient taking it down to the beach! We were very very very pleased with this home and our trip!

    This is a really great house. Property managers and the owner both checked on us to offer any help we may need. Beds are very large and comfortable, TVs are great, appliances are new. There is even a brand new golf cart, with a charger (it only needed charging two times in seven weeks. The only thing I would ask is to have a broom there, for long time renters.
