From the threshold, take in lofty ceilings, warm-toned travertine tile flooring, and large windows offering ample natural light and views of the Baytowne Golf Course. The home’s main floor offers a very spacious, open floor plan between the living room, kitchen, and dining rooms. Each living space has a fresh neutral color palate complemented by pop of pattern from the kitchen countertops. The kitchen is completed by stainless steel appliances.

The first floor also offers a bedroom with a queen bed and a powder bathroom. It has a large back patio with a grill and a garage for the beach toys, and is pet friendly.

The second floor is home to two additional guest bedrooms and the master suite. The bedroom with twin beds keeps the neutral color palate and adds a dash of beautiful coastal blue. The bedroom has a private, en suite full-size bathroom with a standing shower. The third guest bedroom has a fantastic coastal theme with hues of the Gulf throughout and a king size bed and private en suite bathroom.

The master suite offers the ultimate in privacy with the rest of the second floor dedicated to this space. Its en suite bathroom offers separate vanities and a separate tub and shower for maximum relaxation after a very long day. Recharge and take a moment for yourself on the private balcony.

Steps from your front door you should plan to spend the day bouncing between the beach and bay. On the Beachside enjoy sugar-white sand between your toes and Florida sunshine on your face.     This is a lovely villa. Had all the necessities plus many extras for kitchenware. The two coffee pots was very handy so we could make decaf for one and regular coffee for the other. Very comfortable bed in the master. A little more light in the master bath would be helpful especially for doing makeup. The first floor thermostat needs a new battery.

    Beautiful Pet Friendly Villa

    We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful pet friendly villa. Can't say enough great things about it. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to walking trails around the Sandestin Resort. Baytowne Wharf is a short ten minute walk where one can walk along a fishing pier, shop, and enjoy a variety of food from several different restaurants. The location is great and the beach access near the Sandestin Hilton and entertainment at the Grand Boulevard are only a 5 minute drive from the villa (in opposite directions). You will not be disappointed with a stay in this place!

    Our stay in this home was wonderful! Loved how all the upstairs rooms had their own bathroom and the house was very clean! Would have loved if we could have had a closet in the downstairs room or some place to hang our clothes but other than that it was perfect!
    **FYI: house does not come with a golf cart but we had family members in other homes that shared theirs.

    Our original reservation was a no pet allowed condo for on foreseen reasons they had to change us to a pet friendly condo, was not happy about the change, since my son is allergic to pet hair. Ms. Alex Pierce was great at assuring me that the condo will be deep clean, and it was. Condo was beautiful really enjoyed our week stay. Thank to Ms Alex and the team at Vacation Haven for great service, will most differently book our next thru you.
