Overall

The view from the balcony was great. We enjoyed sitting out there in the morning and the evening. We walked over to Pompano’s Joe for dinner and lunch. I selected this property for the view to celebrate my sixty birthday, and we enjoyed every minute. Thank you.

The location can’t be beat, mere steps to the beach, restaurants, souvenirs and pool. Condo had all the conveniences of home. My Vacation Haven kitchen and bathroom toiletries was a nice gesture, packaged very cute. I’ve stayed in Summerspell 4 times and enjoyed them all. From the balcony you can see the ocean and hear the waves at night. Summerspell a great private place to vacation. A win win hands down.

We really loved staying in this unit! The proximity to the beach was perfect, and the view of the gulf was wonderful! Overall, we loved this unit and would choose it again!

There were only a few things to mention that would have made it even more enjoyable:
The units have outdoor lights on all night and the bedroom curtains do not cover this light. Thankfully I had the mindset that I could sleep when returning home, but did not sleep the best due to the lights shining in, even with adjusting curtains. Perhaps a blackout rod and curtains would fix this.

As far as cleanliness, the unit is well decorated and I appreciated the love put into it! There was some food left in the bottom of the dishwasher, though I did remove it. Though I appreciate light colored sofas, my first impression of the main living space was the stains at the end of the couch when entering the room. Perhaps a darker slipcover could fix this . The beach chairs were convenient to have, but we noticed the umbrellas were broken upon arrival, as well as the boogie board. I did call management and was told a new umbrella would be delivered, but it did not come. My husband was able to fix one of the broken ones, but we ended up not using it. I think the beach stuff could be sorted and some tossed to free up space on the balcony. We cooked most dinners at the unit and I can appreciate the full sized fridge and stove! We did really enjoy our stay, and would gladly stay here again!

Great vacation destination

We’ve stayed at another condo in this complex and this one was far superior. Very clean and nicely decorated. Easy check in and check out. Great view directly across from the public beach with a nice balcony to eat meals and listen to the waves.

Our condo was very clean and perfected location! We woke to a great view of the beach every morning and the pool in front of our balcony. This worked out perfect as my son could use the pool each night and we were able to sit on the balcony and keep an eye on him.

This beautiful and newly decorated condo is literally directly across the street from the public beach access. Perfectly located for our first time to Miramar Beach, we could walk to our favorite coffee shop every morning and to many restaurants for dinner.
Enjoyed beautiful sunsets right from our balcony! We also enjoyed time in the extremely clean, heated pool and jacuzzi as well.
The air conditioning wasn't working correctly one day and we called the property management company and they had it fixed within an hour, very impressed with their promptness!
Would stay here again without a doubt!

My husband and I love this condominium complex. It is very clean and laid back. The units are just enough for us. Another plus is walking distance to many places. This unit was decorated so pretty as well, new bathroom was extra special.
